Pour une nuit c etait ok

Le lieu est plaisant , il est assez ancien mais reste confortable au global , j ai egalement apprecie l amabilite du personnel . Le repas au restaurant etait globalement de qualite quoi que les crevettes et le Sepia etait un peu trop cuits Le jeune homme au bar etait tres accueillant et serviable

Dans la chambre cela sentait fortement le renferme , je pense que l on aurait pu aherer celle ci avant mon arrivee .Les draps sont tres fins et la couverture de lit n inspirait pas confiance en terme d hygiene et peu confortable

Some people were helpful. Cleaning staff is friendly. Dinner was good except some dishes. The decoration is beautiful.

The room was way too small for a double. Circulation inside it was difficult. There is some maintenance to be done in the bathroom (nothing major but can bother you a bit). The reception in the morning (probably busy) made some mistakes, forgot to ask for cleaning when they said they would. They also said they would give us a mop (as the bathroom had few minor leaks near the WC and the joint of the glass panel was leaking too) but forgot about it.

Colonial style in the heart of Saint Louis

Colonial style boutique hotel. Very good location. Nice staff. Good wi.fi. Nice breakfast and dinner. Good service and staff.

Nice place and helpful staff though quite expensive

The breakfast was lovely with omlettes, fruit, cheese, meats, bread and crepes. The hotel itself had alot of character and the staff were very attentive. The man on reception actually arranged for me to get euros changed and got them delivered which was really helpful. The decor was pretty cool and there was a big TV in the bar

The pool table was broken and it was quite expensive compared to places round about

Not up to our expectations

I think that the price is overcharged for the tiny room, which was not giving me the impression of being clean. The toilet was so small even me (I have a normal size/weigh) could hardly use it. The WC was almost falling off (and I am not heavy). The restaurant/bar and lounge area are nice but the rest needs to be improved or the price reduced.

Good

The breakfast selection is good. Breakfast starts at 0600, which is ideal for organising day trips away from St Louis. The bar and restaurant have a pleasant ambience. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby.

The wi-fi was extremely unreliable. The shower unit leaked into the rest of the bathroom area. The hotel does not provide complimentary bottles of drinking water.

Good base to explore old St. Louis

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of the colonial quarter of St. Louis island. Our room was clean, smart and comfortable although slightly on the small side. Breakfast was pleasant, continental style plus a choice of eggs. The hotel has a bar which also has limited food options. Parking is on the street outside and monitored by the doorman.

Overrated

The decoration and the location. The bed was very comfortable.

Mediocre friendlyness of somewhat unmotivated hotel staff that doesn't even speak any English. Very boring and bland breakfast, small rooms, slow internet.

Good

Great location in the middle of the colonial town, so very easy to walk to restaurants, shops, museums. Old-time hotel that retained its charm, while having updated services (bathrooms). Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. The yoghurt at breakfast is fantastic.

Staff a bit lackluster. Rooftop hasn't been cleaned in a while, so eating breakfast up there is nice with a view (after taking your tray up the stairs) but not very welcoming in between the bird poo. Cocktails not great in the bar, better stick to wine or beer. WiFi very poor. Due to the architecture, when there is entertainment in the patio all the rooms will hear. There's no buffet breakfast due to covid measures, and only one staff at breakfast time, so it can take a while to get served.

This hotel is very well located, central location with parking right in front. The space is exactly what it portrays! worth staying there! very nicely decorated!

Breakfast has room for improvement for sure, it was a bit disappointing how we were served and the very reduced options available, no yogurt, cereals, toasted bread....

Great rooms with great food

A very unique hotel and experience set in a theme of hunting in the 70's. Nice deco in the room. Restaurant is the best with a lot of variety of food. I highly recommend either to stay there or to try their food or both.
