Die Lage, sonst nichts.

Viel, viel zu teuer mit € 560,- für drei Nächte ohne Frühstück, nicht einmal wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt oder das Zimmer gereinigt. Stattdessen Endreinigung über € 100,- zusätzlich. Zimmer okay, aber einfach wahnsinnig teuer. Personal :(

Bewertung zum Carat Apartment Grömitz Die Lage des Carat Apartments in Grömitz ist einfach perfekt. Nur wenige Meter trennen die Unterkunft vom wunderschönen Meer, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Auch der nahegelegene Park, in dem gelegentlich Veranstaltungen stattfinden, ist ein Highlight. Trotz der Nähe zu diesen Veranstaltungen ist in den parkseitigen Apartments nichts davon zu hören, solange die Fenster geschlossen sind. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, was die Selbstverpflegung in den Apartments unkompliziert und bequem macht. Wir hatten ein Apartment gebucht und uns selbst verpflegt, was hervorragend funktionierte. Der Pool des Apartments ist ausreichend groß und bietet zudem ein separates Babybecken, was besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ideal ist. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Massage, die ich mir gegönnt habe. Als jemand, der selbst Massagen anbietet, kann ich nur Positives darüber berichten. Die Massage war sehr angenehm und entspannend. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der variable Preis. Da wir in der Vorsaison gebucht hatten, war unser Aufenthalt sehr günstig. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und planen definitiv, wiederzukommen. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Negative Bewertung zum Carat Apartment Grömitz Es gab nur einen Punkt, der uns nicht gefallen hat: Die Apartments bieten entweder Straßenblick oder seitlichen Meerblick. Leider sind diese Ausblicke nicht so schön, wie man es sich erhofft. Das beeinträchtigt das Urlaubserlebnis ein wenig, besonders wenn man Wert auf eine schöne Aussicht legt. Ansonsten gibt es nichts Negatives zu berichten.

Super Lage, freundliche Menschen, ein Fleck zum erholen!

Die zweckmäßige Raumaufteiling, besonders der Frühstückstisch. Das fast Alles barrierefrei zu erreichen war!

Sofa unbequem. Schön wären Auflagen für Balkonbestuhlung gewesen. Es gab nur 2 Kaffeebecher. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind sehr eng für einen normalen Mittelklassewagen der heutigen Zeit - wäre auch schon zur Bauzeit so gewesen.

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral. Das Schwimmbad und der Wellnessbereich sind top. Das Apartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet.

Wir hatten ein Apartement zur Straße. Da wir Nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen, war es etwas laut. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man vom Verkehr aber nichts.

Lovely for short time

Nice small apartment. Very clean. Good kitchenette. Beach is very close. Very nice and friendly personal (stuff). Good mattress. I think it's the best for one-two people and for short period of time.

No air conditioning (unfortunately, it seams to be usual for north Germany). No possibility to open a window, only the big balcony door. With the open balcony door it was still not fresh at night, possibly because the bed is behind some glass wall. Very uncomfortable pillows. It did not support my head at all.

clean and comfy apartments (for singles/ no small kids)

Nice property, newly decorated apartments. very close to the sea and beach. Nice pool area.

Pool area did not have much activity/ options for smaller kids. Apartments‘s bedroom only separated by a milky glass wall. Not ideal if one travels with smaller kids that sleep in the same apartment. after bedtime, we could not keep the light on and read a book or watch television as this would have woken up the child.

Before check-in, after check-out, luggage storage and swimming pool were available. The indoor swimming pool is well maintained, so I can spend it regardless of the weather. The staff are very friendly and the accommodation is good.

The apartment only has 2 elevators so I have to wait often.

Really great apart-hotel, but might be not a perfect choice for long-term stays

This is really the best 4-star hotel I ever stayed! (taking into account that I do not like 4 star hotels at all:) The apartment is very large, has a separate room for luggage / stuff and the balcony. Kitchen / bath are new and everything is functioning. The staff was quite friendly and helped me to print some important documents. The reception is open 24/7. The location of the hotel is very good, 1 minute walk from the beach. Another big advantage is the hotel pool. It is quite large and has a separate pool for smallest kids, as well as relaxing pool with some whirlpool elements (however, you are only allowed to relax in that one, not even put your head under water). The pool makes the hotel perfect choice for the unstable weather.

For the long-term stay in the apartment, nothing is provided for free from the hotel. You need to pay for every small thing you need. I.e., I paid for 15 nights and it does not even include a single bed stuff change. Only the final cleaning was included into the price. I wondered, how I supposed to stay 15 nights without towel changes and asked for a second set of towels (got charged 5 Euro for that). There are 2 washing machines for the hotel, 1 wash costs 1 Euro. However, to be honest, the dryer machines are also there, so theoretically it is possible to wash and dry your blankets and towels during the day. The hand soap dispenser was almost empty and was only enough for first two days or so. Another ridiculous thing was that the hotel charged me 3 Euro for breaking 2 cheap water glasses, so you literally pay for everything there. The big disadvantage is missing free parking. The underground parking costs 19 Euro per night, and as far as I understood, it is not possible to use it for unloading upon arrival, if you haven't ordered it in advance. For this purpose, there are several parking slots in front of the hotel, where you can only stay for 1 hour. These slots are very often fully occupied, so arrival/departure becomes a problem. Next to the hotel there is a large public parking which costs 9 Euro per night, but it is necessary to pay for it every day (for multiple days it is however possible to get a special ticket if you visit Ordnungsamt, in case if you miss them during your vacation:). The hygiene in the restaurant is questionable. The cook gets raw eggs with her hands, and then touches your plate/food without washing the hands. If they do not wash the eggs before (which I doubt), then it is only EU-wide vaccination of chickens that saves all hotel guests from heavy diarrhea:)
