extraordinary option in Querétaro!

the whole thing, parking, room, restaurant, very good!

there were a lot of mosquitos in the restaurant near the windows, didn't let me eat

El diseño de la habitacion, la ubicacion del hotel, el desayuno excelente. Muy rico todo, las camareras super eficientes y atentas. Cuidan mucho los detalles, agua fresca en recepcion se me hizo un detalle genial.

I would not recommend this hotel

good selection

Manager of breakfast room rudely challenges me for taking a donut from my table She wanted to know if I had paid for my breakfast. Ruined my whole stay!!!!!!!!

Sehr gutes Dreisternehotel in bevorzugter Lage

Große Zimmer mit großem Balkon, gute Lage , ruhig trotz belebter Straße, nahe am centro histórico, guter Parkplatz, Qualität der Einrichtung, Gutes mexikanisch es Frühstücksbüffet

Estancia durante una semana, nada agradable

solo el desayuno y el servicio en restaurante es regular.

me asignaron habitación con el colchón sucio mal olor, me cambiaron a otra habitación que todo ese piso estaba en remodelación y no tenía aire acondicionado la habitación, la caja de seguridad sin funcionar. las chicas de recepción comiendo tacos y pizza en la recepción, llegamos y así nos atienden. Llegas a las 11 pm y tardas dos horas para medio descansar, al día siguiente si me cambiaron de habitación por la noche, Cuando vamos de trabajo buscamos un lugar limpio y con todas las facilidades para descansar, en esta ocasión no fue así.

Perfect location, friendly staff, and clean facilities for a casual weekend stay

Excellent location, walking distance to everything you would need during your stay. Staff super helpful and friendly, facilities from the room to the lobby were all very clean.

The beds were really hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The AC temperature would not function properly and got very cold in the night. The toilet was an industrial airport bathroom style toilet (no lid) that was extremely loud when flushed, I've never had that in a hotel room before!

The bed was comfortable, the pillows could have been better. Very clean,hot water would have been go

The breakfast buffet was excellent!

We didn't have any hot water..no matter which way we turned the handle. We didn't call for help as it was almost midnight and we were exhausted, just took a very quick,minimal shower.
