A rewarding little hotel in the city area

Unassuming from the outside, but well renovated and comfortable on the inside. Staff were very accommodating - particularly give our lack of Polish. The basement restaurant was a revelation! With great food (and fresh ingredients) being served

Not all rooms had air conditioning. Worth paying extra for. It is a busy pedestrianised street below, so some noise on forward facing rooms when the windows are opened Likewise not all rooms had tea/coffee making facilities. Also worth paying extra for.

The Hotel Centrum Sosnowiec has excellent localization, luxuries rooms and the most friendly helpful and professional staff. That was absolutely pleasurable stay. We would be definitely back again. Thank you very much.

Great place and I would stay here again.

Breakfast was really tasty with a good selection of meats, cheeses, hot food, cereals and drinks. The room was really clean which made me feel comfortable and happy! The deluxe room had a great view of the town centre. Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly! Thank you 😊

Tea and coffee facilities only come with the deluxe room which you have to pay extra for. No mini bar available in the room either.

I booked the most expensive room about 700 PLN and room did had a hot tub but it would take forever to fill up, because the water is very weak so me and my boyfriend bought plastic bags and spent the whole morning trying to fill them up when we finished it was after 12:00 very sad

Home away from home

Girls at the front desk and housekeeping were extremely nice. Very helpful! The room I originally got was by the elevator, which for a light sleeper like myself isn’t ideal. They switched my room right away. I slept like a baby for the two nights I stayed at the hotel.

This hotel was average, despite the recent renovations. I did not like it

I was expecting different variety on the following day, but the food options were almost the same as on mute previous day

Room on the 4th floor had slanted roof - I had to lower my head not to hit the ceiling

cold bathrooms without run heating, radiator doesn’t work. spa tub with warm water. not a hot water, just a warm. water pressure also low.

Location is very comfortable, everyone is friendly and helpful, meals are extremely tasteful.

It was extremely loud in the room in the night despite the windows were closed. There were no fridge and no kettle in the room. But hotel service gave us a kettle and some tea bags.

I come here about 3 times a year for around 10 days each to visit relatives. The location is terrific, close to some of the better pubs and restaurants and also close to the tram/train station. The rooms are modern & clean. Service is very good. Price is surprisingly cheap for its location. Very satisfied, always.

For the price you pay and what you get this is a full 10 points small cosy hotel in the heart of the town! A big plus was the excellent restaurant which was a part of the business! We had a great dinner and a good breakfast! And our little dog was also very much welcome!

The staff is fantastic! Very helpful, caring and friendly. The food is to die for. Excellent choice for breakfast and excellent quality restaurant for lunches/dinners. Big comfortable beds and central location. We will definitely be back.

Great little hotel in the heart of Sosnowiec.

We enjoyed our five nights in Hotel Centrum. It is probably the best place to stay for a family because of its location, general comfort and quietness. Staff was also super friendly and kind. We'll return next year for sure.

Neither the first nor the last visit to this wonderful place!

Fantastic, helpful and very friendly staff. Clearly many a famous person stepped through the generations these doors. And it is self-explanatory. The abundant choice for breakfast was mouthwatering.
