I never got to stay :(

My booking was cancelled when it wasn’t supposed to be. I arrived at 0100 hrs only to find I had no room to stay in and there were no spare rooms I had to drive a further 2.5 hours to Bunbury and arrived home at 0345 very tired after a long flight from Melbourne on my birthday

Make people’s money worth the price they pay for, not just pump up the rates and no upgrades, for 2 nights is pretty exp

The location, close to the airport

There’s nothing wrong with the property, just the rates is getting expensive per night, the cost getting expensive but the upgrade in rooms not worth the price you pay, for example, ( body wash, shampoo and conditioner ) those tiny bottles in the room I was in not enough for my long hair, I have to buy my own, and the room wasn’t serviced how they say, the house keeping should service the rooms daily regardless if clients checked in the night before, regardless!!! House keeping: please make sure that staff check their room number properly before open the door, I was sleeping when the maid opened the door but can’t get in, the latch was on, saying that her list says we have checked out, until I said my room number and she realised that she was at the wrong room

Very disappointing. This property used to be such good value. Will not stay here again.

Location is good. Parking is good.

This property has lowered its standards hugely since new owners have taken over. Last time we stayed it was great and well equipped. This time, fridge not turned on which we only discovered next morning. Just two teaspoons, two glasses, two cups and one tiny bar of soap. No wine glass and no knife or cutlery. The room had a heavy unpleasant smell of bleach or cleaning products. When our front door jammed we could find no phone numbers to call apart from the restaurant number. We dined at the restaurant, food was tasty enough but very small servings. My partner had fish and chips and had to pay extra for a small side salad. Room service now incurs an extra $5 charge. Price of room has increased significantly since our last stay. Will not stay again, this place used to be great but not anymore.

Not a great experience.

Emergency housing located in motel block opposite mine. Teenagers running around till 3am, quite noisy, got very little sleep on first night. Not too bad on the second night

Easy access to Perth city/Airport/highways.

Easy book in at arrival. 24 hours office/reception. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Handy onsite restaurant.

Noisy on Saturday night (busy with cars/car doors slamming). Noisy fridge. (Sunday night was much quieter thank goodness.)

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Free bus to and from airport was added bonus didn't have opportunity to have breakfast.

Okay for an overnight stay near Perth Airport

Room was comfortable enough but the restaurant was average, the staff however were friendly. The advertising suggests that alcohol was available, however, it is BYO only and we were directed to a nearby hotel with a bottle shop for our wine purchases. Being on Grt Eastern highway there was the inevitable traffic noise but not loud enough to keep us awake.

No Bar, very rough parking area, room was worn and dated.

Amazing

The food was lovely, steak meals cooked to perfection. City and other venues like the casino, Optus stadium is close. Just a few minutes walk to the nearest fuel station we where able to get extra supplies like milk and surf, not to mention a BWS bottleo next to fuel station, saved us from catching a taxi or Uber. Surprisedly we couldn't hear the traffic from the highway in the rooms only voices of neighbors in the next rooms. Amazing sound sounds of the birds it's like an oasis the birds are always making beautiful sounds during the day. Lovely carvings in the old logs. Rooms where tidy, room service is consistent lovely staff members and great reception staff and service. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to families or single couples.

I would have preferred my own balcony space but was happy at the end of the trip. Patio area on bottom of buildings are shared with other guest but that was fine.

Didn't stay the 2 nights that were booked

being able to check in very late

Thin walls with inconsiderate yelling and smoking neighbours - not fun when you get in at 2am. Police search of other room and car park cordoned off. Didn't stay 2nd night as felt unsafe

Will not come back

Clean room , comfortable beds . Big pool for the kids to have a swim after a long drive.

Was too loud in the night , after a day long drive , was hard to find any sleep . Kids running up and down in front of our door until 11:00 PM . People coming and going , car doors and engines .The smoke of the people sitting outside , reached our room , don’t see why my kids and I have to smoke other people’s smoke . During breakfast we’re sorted right next to the TV , couldn’t talk to each other because was too loud and kids did not know where to look because the news were not nice on TV . Asked to turn off or put volume down . I was told there were other guests that maybe wanted to watch and listen . There was one more family not interested at all on the news , kids aswell . And a lady on her own who was only on her phone .

Beds were very comfy and pillow were great

Airport shuttle. We booked this property as it had airport trasfer to and from. No mention of set days or time. Said if you require a transfer we can arrange a free transfer. When we checked in there service didnt start til 7am and wasnt avaliable for ours or our friends flights. We would of stayed at the other hotel but this one was closer so we chose this one. We told mamangement they need to change the Free bus shuttle on all platforms including front sign with days and time that the shuttle runs as this is faulse advertising

Have stayed at the flag lodge for over 40 years, the location is central to the city airport

Meals are alway good. Great location for getting to the airport and in our case the car storage facilities

The room was light at night the curtains did not go all the way down to cover the window

Blonde lady was a bit rude and arrogant. Being a first time tourist to Perth, I asked her about transportation as motel wasn’t in the city - she was impatient and didn’t show sense of wanting to help me. Also the shower curtains were annoying. Room is dated

A budget hotel for airport layovers.

Airport Shuttle. The gentleman with glasses was kind and understanding.

One of the ladies at the reception was racist. She couldn’t hide her disdain and dislike for the aboriginal people. I wish some things could be unheard. There was no heater in the rooms though it was technically “Winter” in Perth.

Definitely not the best stay we have had there from previous visits.

Easy check in on the first day.

Toilets were blocked up for 8 hours and people spitting over the balcony while people were underneath. There were kids kicking a football around the car park hitting parked cars. Restaurant was disappointing for my partner as she waited for over an hour for her to be told her food was just being prepared while friends had already eaten their meals.
