Ein besonderes Haus in super Lage

Perfekte Lage zur Florida Road - die Restaurants sind unkompliziert und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war super, sehr zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln. Wir haben viele, tolle Tipps von der sympathischen Eigentümerin bekommen. Man merkt, dass ihr das Gastgeben im Blut liegt. Ausflüge hat sie kurzfristig für uns organisiert und wir konnten aus unserem kurzen Aufenthalt das Beste herausholen. Danke dafür nochmal :) Das Haus ist etwas sehr besonderes, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und voller Deko aus aller Welt, es gibt überall etwas zu entdecken. Unser Zimmer war riesig, der direkte Parkplatz davor hat uns das Kofferschleppen über die Treppe erspart.

Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht stufenweise einstellen, sie blies entweder voll oder gar nicht, vielleicht könnte das noch etwas besser gelöst werden.

Top Quartier in Durban

Im Holland House passt wirklich alles. Lage, Einrichtung, Personal, Sauberkeit. Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal hier. Kim und ihr Team sind einfach toll. Es ist super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück, insbesondere die Omeletten, ist Klasse. Die sichere Lage nahe der Florida Road viel wert und parken kann man im abgesperrten Grundstück. Besser geht es nicht.

I enjoyed my experience at the property

The property is property is close to Florida road which offers different restaurants and supermarkets. It is a very quiet and secure place, the staff is very welcoming and helpful.. also they serve really fresh food (breakfast)

Gorgeous house in a superb location

It was a beautiful old house , beautifully decorated in a superb location. Old world charm. The host was lovely and provided great recommendations for food. Sunset on the rooftop garden with a glass of wine was spectacular.

Great stay

The parking space is safe and big enough, the neighbourhood is Quiet and peaceful but not too far from the buzzing Florida road where restaurants and convenient stores are, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and had everything we needed including the hairdryer and a nice workstation if you need to check those emails or do some work.

The bathroom is not in suit, however our room was a budget room the establishment have other rooms where bathrooms are in suit, and that was not that much of an issue because our bathroom was close enough and private

I was very comfortable and had a great breakfast.

Very large room and comfortable bed.

The TV had a poor connection which resulted in restricted channels. There was also no backup for loadshedding except for a torch

All we could have hoped for!

2 nights in Durban and Holland house could not have been better. We arrived much earlier than planned but it was not a problem! Great room, great facilities, very good staff and nice breakfast! Overall it would be difficult to beat!

Is there such a thing as too friendly? Owners / staff exceptionally helpful almost unnecessarily so, however that is taking an 11/10 place to a 10/10 place to stay.
