Nice place, great views, amazing host

Nice apartment on the side of a mountain overlooking Athens. There is a straight view to the Acropolis, and with good binoculars you will be able to count the people there. Location is very quiet and feels safe. You definitely need a car to get there, you might be able to get "close" by public transport, but the area is very mountainous with steep roads which will not be too much fun walking with luggage. The owner, Nina, is very nice and greeted us on arrival. There is a private and locked parking space for use, however, as we had a van we only barely fit, normal cars should have no problem. We needed to buy some groceries and got for dinner and Nina immediately offered to show us a very nice and well-stocked grocery store. Its small but very well stocked with lots of tasty fruits. After that, Nina recommended a seafood restaurant which was just amazing, I forgot the name but Nina will surely tell you. Make sure to try the whole grilled fish! One morning, the doorbell rang and Nina brought is a home baked kind of apple pie, which was delicious, the other day a Spinatoka, which was also very nice. The beds (1 floor below from the main living area and entrance) comfy and spacious and every bedroom has its own balcony. The living room has a "master" balcony which is simply amazing, absolutely stunning views over all of Athens and as mentioned the Acropolis. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a regular tab as well as a "small" tab that provides filtered water. Any question or issues we had (one morning the hot water stopped coming), Nina was immediately reachable and helped out. Really nice place and great host, looking forward to stay here again

Just what I needed.

The property felt like home away from home. Very peaceful and clean. Provided everything that I needed to have a peaceful vacation with my family. The host was absolutely amazing and was quick to attend to any needs that I had. I would definitely come back again.

A wonderful, comfortable, relaxing week.

The position was spectacular and beautiful. The owner was attentive but not intrusive. The owner made us welcome food on arrival and also cooked us a meal one evening. Just lovely.

Amazing stay

The host was amazing, brought us homemade food, gave us recommendations for the surroundings, and allowed us to stay a bit after checkout time although it was not comfortable for her. Also, they cleaned the whole apartment every day, which was totally a good surprise for us.

a little piece of heaven on earth

the view was amazing! breath taking!!! and Nina is really such a lovely host. she and her husband picked us up from the port, she dropped us to the airport and her son helped drive us to the grocery at night - very hospitable and lovely family

unfortunately the flush in the toilet has issues - they responded quickly and fixed it when it would work our first night but then again had issue with it the next morning

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and in a lovely location with stunning views over Athens. Nina and her husband are the perfect hosts. Very friendly. Nina welcomed us with some complimentary local cusine and her breakfasts are amazing. She even arranged a surprise Birthday cake for my husband. We will definitely be back to stay when we are next in Athens and will recommend to all our friends.

Breathtaking view and such a welcoming environment!

We absolutely loved the amazing view! The hosts were truly wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was a quiet neighborhood and being able to swim in the pool overlooking Athens was a real treat!! Would highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in the most peaceful, beautiful location with the most amazing views of Athens. Nina and her family could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They went the extra mile to make our stay very comfortable and special. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

A wonderfull house and host- recommended!

Nina the host was exceptional, over all expectations- she welcomed us to her house late at night without any issues and the house was sparkling clean. The house was kept clean during the entire stay by Nina- our beds were made, dishes cleaned, new towels every day - basically a 5 star hotel. Also the view from the house was amazing- a panoramic view on Athens just like in the photos.

The distance from city center- about 40 minutes by car. The beds were not very comfortable. Other than that - a perfect stay and we would definitely recommend.

we enjoyed the stay so much. the accommodation is just a dream - great location and everything was very clean and tidy. we had everything we needed. nina is such a nice and accommodating hostess. the communication was great and she had all the information we needed and more. big thanks to nina and many greetings from us ♥️

Apartments Nina is even more beautiful than the photos. We can not thank Nina enough for everything she done whilst we stayed in the apartment. It was perfectly tidy. In a perfect location. The view was beautiful. I could not say enough good things about Nina and her apartment. My partner and I want to come back and are thinking of re booking in the up coming months. Nina and her husband were also so welcoming and also showed us where the nearby restaurants are and recommended us the best bars. I can’t thank them enough they made our holiday just perfect. If you are debating booking with Nina’s apartments please do! I can’t recommend it enough.

Amazing view and pool. Very beautiful location!

The location is very quiet and beautiful with an amazing view over Athens. The pool is well maintained and large enough for a few people. Mrs Nina and her staff are very attentive and made us feel very welcome.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. The owners are so kind and nice. The check-in was smooth as we were in contact with the owners. The location is great, very clean, fully equipped, with a great terrace view and away from the crowded Athens. After a day of visiting Athens we were waiting forward to get back to the location and relax at the pool or on the terrace. We fully recommend it!!!

Best green villa for 8 people friend groups

Very nice house with beautiful view and clean pool. Everything was in clean, the daily cleaning service was above expectations as well as the kindness of the owner, who made us every day a plate of locsl food (cheese pie, yoghurt & fruits, apple pie ecc) Can recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy the summer in Athens in a peaceful environment.

Beautiful, relaxing oasis in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood with a stunning view of Athens

After days of traveling, being in the hustle-bustle of Greece, this place was a wonderful oasis, so peaceful and calm, a perfect place to unwind and reflect. Lovely pool, amazing view! Very comfortable bed with organic white bedding.

The only slight issue is that it is not within walking distance of shops/restaurants, but as I was only staying one night that did not affect me. Nina was incredibly accommodating by offering to take me!

The pool, outdoor space and views are terrific. Nina is a fabulous cook, so order the breakfasts!! She is truly gracious.....even washed some clothes for us!!

A Great Home for Family

Beautiful 3 bd home with pool access that had a stunning panoramic view of Athens. Our Hostess, Ms. Nina, was very courteous and provided useful tips for our trip. The location was close to the highway, and made easy our travels with our rental car. The beaches, the Peloponnes, and Athens were all accessible from this property. 10/10 and we would definitely come back.
