AMAZING

Wow, the most exciting vacation. The views are breathtaking. The residential complex is closed and very quiet. Everything was amazing. The host gave detailed instructions on picking up the keys and getting to the parking. With the apartment you get free parking in the garage and beach access with sun beds. The area has a lot of clothes shops but only 2 restaurants and no grocery stores. You can bring your own food or go to the nearby supermarket and cook in the apartment.

Great location, great product, but needs a daily check-up, if all utensils are working.

The view and the apartment were amazing!

The security officers did not speak English and could not explain the exact location of the apartment. There was no oven in the flat, no pan, no bread knife. The stove was not working, so we could not cook. The kitchen pots should be changed from time to time since they all have scratches.

Don´t book this property during 2023

The sea view from appartment is remarkable, the Portopiccolo pseudo-village is quiet, and if avaiable everthing would be in walking distance.

The Portopiccolo pseudo-vollage is under construction (beach) and a bankruptcy issue. So all the listed / advertized facilities and amenities are closed. It is not mentioned, however, this is a private appartment and the administration is pretty amateurish. The communication is only based on Whatsapp !?, VISA payment did not work !, and the kitchen was full of outdated left-over food!

Breathtaking view from a cosy, very nice apartment

The residence is located in a wonderful bay in Sistiana near Trieste. The apartment has a very nice terrace overlooking this bay, like in your dreams. Breathtaking view, sea, sunshine, yachts around. The apartment is absolutely cosy, equipped with practical and tasty furnishings and equipment. We were stunned by the level of security at the location. Altogether, the accommodation is extremely homey in a unique surrounding equipped with practical items!

We are used to a bit softer matress on the bed, but it was OK.

The apartmentterrace overlooking the cove and the sea, beautiful surroundings, The responsible person Elena was very nice, friendly and eager, assisted us in choosing the places for our dinner

The accommodation was offered for 4 adults, in fact this apartment is only suitable for 3 people. An offered folding bed is absolutely unsuitable for an adult, does not correspond to the standard. Also the outdoor areas of the apartment were heavily soiled / not cleaned. After the complaint, we only received an additional parking space in return, which, however, in no way constitutes adequate compensation in view of the price paid by us. The host could not organize a reasonable price reduction due to booking over booking.com.

Nice location, poor information

The terrasse was fantastic, the view, the apartment was nice (though a bit overload with paintings). Portopiccolo is very clean and staff friendly.

The check in situation was bad, you never get to see anyone and you are left alone with several WhatsApp massages which are more confusing than helpful. Calling the owner is also not easy because of the poor signal. We wanted to charge our car and they said it would be possible in the garage but in the end it was not. The beach has several pools but you do not get any information where you are allowed to use them or nor. It seems that with staying at the apartment you can use the beach and the bar, but have no access to the pools. This should have been made clear in advance. Also the only mini market in Porto piccolo (to buy water ie) was closed bc of works. There was no other possibility to get water except for bars and restaurants.

We were surprised by the beauty of the village and definitely want to come back.

We loved Portopicollo. It is really a beautiful place not filled with tourists. The apartment was wonderful and the host was very helpful and kind. We had an awesome terrace with a fantastic view over the city and the see. The beach and all the restaurants were just a few minutes away.

There is a shortage of restaurants and bars in Portopicollo. While those existing are very good, especially Pizzeria Oro Di Napoli and BaBar, their opening times are not really corresponding to what should be a place for vacation. There are more closed than opened which is a bit uncomfy at times.

This place is like a different world. Absolutely amazing apartment with beautiful see view. Check the google photos ... and the green beach well simply breathtaking.

Drain in the shower - after minute of showering the bathroom full of water, dishwasher doesn't work properly - dirty dishes after several washing cycles.
