Disappointing

air conditioning

kind far from the boulvard (17min walk); no window in the room i.e no view; the entrance door was usually locked after 12 am; unfriendly host; toilet seat was with bleamishes, looked dirty; the room was suffocatingly hot

Accommodation met expectations. The equipment was a little older but functional. Convenient location in the old center of Batumi.

Accommodation was a bit difficult to find. we were helped by willing local people.

Excellent place

Before staying this guesthouse I thought that I couldn't stay with my little, 7 years old daughter in any guesthouse, but my mind changed after staying in this guesthouse. Gorgasali Guesthouse is so comfortable. There is calm environment, access of all the facilities, very clean. And the main thing that, this guesthouse is very closer to beach, boulevard, dolphinarium, Piazza and so on. When we stay there we go to all of the places by walking 10,15 minutes.

We couldn't stay for a long time there. Because we should go back Tbilisi, I have lectures in university. I miss for the house and Batumi

Superb

Spacious kitchen with a balcony, quiet and relatively central location. Overall clean and comfortable.

The host is not very responsive. The place is in a yard with no signs so it's even harder to find. The wifi is poor.

Place was close to everything. Rooms was spacious (we got a big room with a window), there were also shared kitchen and balcony. Wifi was very bad for a couple of days, till some ladies from other room was getting angry with it and owners put the wifi router in our floor. Only one bathroom for the whole floor, but it was good.

Bathroom needed to be cleaned more often, but overall it was good. People who lived in the same floor was not trashy and as we all shared one place, we all tried to be as clean as possible.

it’s ok for a sleep

there was nothing unique about this property, the location is good, but could find neighbours or better.

not very clean; kitchen utensils are very poor; lady owner was so gruff and didn’t help us with checking out 1-2 hrs late because of our wet clothes which were hanging to dry;wifi is not working at all

Superb

Near the city are. You can walk 5-6 minutes and you can goes the city centre.

Just problem is internet connected is little bit low. Other things ( towels,rooms) is ver good.

it was ok

>not far from the centre. > affordable price. >kitchen is accessible > provided towels.

the staff are not great, communication wise. we tried to ask for a late checkout and it took about 40 minutes to explain and we ended up with putting our baggage in the corridor claiming that they need to clean the room , we got back 4 hrs later to take our stuff and found absolutely nothing has been cleaned .

Great choice for the price.

Excellent location. The hosts were the best. They were nice and friendly. I stayed in the green room with two single beds and it was clean and comfortable. Overall, I guess it's the best choice for the price. 😊👍

There is only one bathroom for three rooms. Also, there is a fire department nearby and it can get loud sometimes, but mostly it's quiet.

Easy to find, allowed us to use washing machine for free

Owner asked us to cancel the booking so he could avoid the booking.com tax. Owner also smoked inside and left tea kettle whistling very early in the morning to the point i had to get out of bed to take it off
