The only issue is 10am check out on a Sunday as does not work for a weekend booking. For full week bookings yes. I would provide an option for a late check out. Possibly some toiletries, basics of shampoo, conditioner and body soap as we had forgot to pack this. I think a few things would make it a bit easier for travellers. Some beach towels, some plastic plates / cups to use out on the balcony and from inside the door is easily opened for kids as it automatically unlocks by opening the door - not a problem for us so much but possibly a lock that can also be locked from the inside of the apartment.
