Excellant from reception to check out. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Breakfast substantial and varied. Location ideal for a hospital visit (5 minute walk away).

Some of the grouting in the shower area requires cleaning / bleaching.

There is a swamp behind the hotel and there is a loud noise of frogs during the night.

Nice rooms but get rid of plastic protective sheeting on mattress. It makes for a bad night sleep. Nice to hear the frogs at night.

Pleasant stay comfortable bed good shower

Good location for what we required . Clean , good reception staff well organised . Nice welcome

Nice variation of breakfast but very expensive we were offered the express breakfast which was better value for money . No other problems

Fantastic modern and comfortable hotel

Loved the hotel vibe, atmosphere which had beautiful mood lighting., staff friendly and welcoming. Beds of an excellent comfort and room was modern and immaculate as was the en suite. Free outdoor parking ans easy to find

Very friendly staff, calm place and great services!

Appreciated the little gym they have, has nice cardio machines and you usually have it for yourself so that was a very nice plus. On top of all the other services that were great. Shoutout to the breakfast cook we had who was incredibly friendly and did let his creativity speak to prepare us an amazing "pistache framboise croissant" 👌😄

All spot on, nothing to complain.

the service outside on the terrace,

the lack of a restaurant open on site that night . The premade food served at the hotel is not good

would certainly stay again next time I have an early appointment at Ocopole

a short walk from Oncopole where I had surgery

there is a limited choice of food. but easy to order deliveries.

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay to see a show at the Casino in Toulouse

Staff very helpful. good location for the casino for dinner and a show and secure parking . Good size room soundproofed and lovely bathroom . Excellent bed , very comfortable and quality bed linen. the breakfast was excellent. Unlimited hot and cold buffet, excellent range of hot drinks.

A good transit hotel

Mercure is a nice well designed hotel. Furnishing of the rooms was optimal and practical.

When we went to our room we discovered that the toilet was not clean at all. We got another room. The image of the toilet stayed in our mind. We haven't experienced this in other hotels not even in Asia. It was not a good start of the evening or for a dinner. We were amazed how this could happen because everything in the hotel looks good. We were a bit amazed that just the next day we received more correct appologies in a way that we were offered a drink as compensation. The desk staff were friendly. But In this case they had to do more to forget that image of a very filthy toilet.

Comfortable, clean, great stuff.

Cleanliness, Nespresso machine in the room, easy access to the gondola (Hospital etc), comfortable mattresses.

Well run hotel beside the new gondola station that will carry you to the Toulouse metro.

The breakfast was very pleasant and had all the elements to please both American and European tastes. The running and walking trails were right out the door and offered miles of trail to the center of Toulouse. My luggage was lost and the staff was not only completely empathetic but also assisted me in calling Air France to try and find it.

Disappointing for the price

The proximity to Oncopole hospital. The coffee at breakfast.

The room was too hot with very little ventilation. The pillows were very uncomfortable. There were no USB charging points. The hot breakfast was not hot and the pastries did not taste fresh.

The breakfast good and varied, the location was also good.

there's no room service as per there's no actual kitchen in the hotel, we ordered some salads they had and the quality was poor.

Good location to hospitals

Stayed one evening, very close to Medipole Garonne Hospital for morning surgery. Staff were friendly, helped with taxi. Room was large, clean, quiet.
