Opção apenas razoável em Neuquén.

Boas instalações e bom restaurante. Piscina boa. O ponto positivo é a localização no caso de você fazer apenas uma parada de percurso/expedição já que margeia a rodovia.

Lençóis e toalhas. Quarto com carpete e colchas um pouco velhos ou sujos.

Llegamos y me quisieron cobrar no solo a dolar blue sino trasladar la comisión que les cobra booking (30000 ars de mas). Tuve que discutir que me cobren el valor que me figuraba a mi en booking. Llego a la habitación y aparte de haber papeles en el piso el inodoro estaba salpicado de caca. Lo tuvieron que venir a limpiar porque no podían cambiar la habitación. La pileta estaba toda hongueada le tuve que lavar 3 veces la malla a mi hijo y en los bordes como la zona húmeda no estaba con agua te patinabas mal entre el moho. El restaurante. Tardo más de una hora en llegar un plato de fideos con crema que se supone era 4 quesos y un puré helado (de heladera, no de que tardaron en servirlo) con una pieza de pollo sellada por fuera y cruda por dentro (con el peligro bacteriológico que implica). Por suerte estuve solo un par de horas. Le di una oportunidad por la cercanía a la ruta pero lean los otros comentarios y van a confirmar que tipo de hotel es.

Good hotel with decent food, nice staff, clean and functional.

Solid hotel with decent restaurant and good breakfast in dismal desert town. It was an excellent oasis for us in our motorcycle trip southbound toward Patagonia from Peru, and was a fin in every way.

The noncompliance with the information given when booking in the sense that they did not inform me then that children under nine years old could not use the heated pool which was precisely the reason why I was choosing it, to take my grand children there. it was also very disappointing that when I tried to speak to the manager about this situation they did not give me the possibility to speak with him to solve this problem rationally. Also, I asked for extra shampoo since there were not enough for all of us in the rooms and they said they charged for it. The staff at the reception were very unpleasant to say the least.

Conveniently located, modern and clean

Very convenient for road travelers, clean and comfortable rooms, big bed, great bathroom

Breakfast was fair at best, no espresso coffee, orange juice was not natural, and service quite limited, probably because of the pandemic restrictions. Another important issue is the poor isolation in the rooms, you can hear the neighbors talking, and you can hear the TERRIBLE noise generated every time someone flushes the toilet.
