informa na descrição cama queem, porém com a nova administração a cama é de casal extremamente desconfortável ao reclamar funcionário disse q não pode fazer nada, que é assim mesmo

Uma ótima opção de hospedagem.

O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ter mais variedade de pães, bolos e biscoitos. mas de uma forma geral, atende bem! A reposição pode melhorar .

Rooftop/piscina precisam de reforma. TV não funcionava. Atendente mal humorados, café da manhã pobre e com pouquíssimas opções de comida!

Me gusto mucho la amabilidad del personal y la comodidad de la cama y la ducha. El jacuzzy del SPA, cumplió mis expectativas también.

Pagamos un servicio adicional por la tina caliente de la azotea y no estaba lo suficientemente caliente. Al llegar a nuestra habitación estaba muy calurosa, no se podía estar adentro y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy lento.

Recomendo, quarto foi surpreendente.

Quarto muito espaçoso e lindissimo, nos deram garrafa de agua e café de cortesia. Café da manha estava ótimo tb, tinha um bolinho de doce de leite maravilhoso.

O box de café que entregam quando os passeios saem cedo poderia ser melhor, ter café além da comida e suco, enviar manteiga ou algo assim pois era tudo muito seco. Tb não mandam talheres juntos, enviararam yogurt mas ia comer como? Ainda assim consideramos bom.

Tudo ótimo! Hotel muito limpo e cama bem confortável. A vista também é linda, tanto do quarto, como do térreo. O café da manhã não tem muitas variedades, mas atende perfeitamente. O que mais gostei é que oferecem uma caixinha com itens específicos de café da manhã para quem tem passeios antes do horário do café da manhã no hotel. Outro detalhe é que a água do hotel é muito boa (simples, mas importante). O hotel está localizado em um lugar estratégico.

A TV poderia ser smart e ter streaming.

Great location and amenities. Tasty breakfast! The whole staff were very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint would be the WiFi, it has a poor signal in the rooms and most of the time didn’t work.

Good for short stay only!

Stayed for the historic architecture and loved the history of the building. Breakfast was ok with limited condiments.

Attitude of staff on check-in. Early am international arrival. Stored bags and told by Julio room would be ready @ 1pm as check-out was noon and would request cleaning right away. Went exploring and returned at 1:30pm. Room not ready and housekeeping never notified. Saw Julio eating lunch in breakfast area and asked him. He was rude and said I was interupting his lunch!!! The staff needs some training in customer service! Don't promise and not deliver!!! Were helpful in local information, places to eat and transportation.

hotel no apto para niños ni quiza para adultos

La habiatacion que me dieron era el primer piso, estaba limpia, pero al mirar por la ventana esto que era de noche, me di cuenta que le faltaba el cristal del balcon, lo cual por la mañana le dije a la recepcionista lo que habia visto, que era un peligro para la gente , imaginese que un niño abre la puerta!!! SU RESPUESTA FUE....esto no es un hotel para niños. le dije que hasta un adulto podria salir y sin darse cuenta caerse, ya que de noche no tiene visibilidad. solo me quedaaba alli otra noche, pero el trato no fue nada correcto. le envio fotos, puede ver si amplia los cristales rotos en el mini balcon . la recepcionista del dia 4 por la mañana fue muy desagradable.teniamos prisa porque habia contratado un excursion y no quise discutir mas.

Una escapada romantica en pareja que no cumplió con mis expectativas

Me gustó que el spa funcionara con reservas porque era relajante poder disfrutar de un momento a solas en el jacuzzi. El desayuno era sano y rico, pero no la gran cosa. Consistía en un huevo revuelto, un yogurt con avena y pasas, dos rodajas de naranja, dos rodajas de kiwi, dos rodajas de piña, y un jugo de naranja rico (pero no exprimido) o un jugo de piña (que parecia en polvo). Podías hacerte tu mismo un café o un té si querías y tostarte panes. También habíán medialunas por ahí pero estaban secas. La cama de la habitación súper cómoda, y el baño rico!! Hubiera ido solo por una hora al spa eso si, el resto de la experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas que me vendieron en el brochure: no había ni siquiera wifi en la habitación, lo que encontré el colmo porque mi pareja tenía reuniones en la mañana que necesitaba tener desde la habitación y eso hizo que mi estadia y escapada romántica se convirtieran en un momento estresante para él.

Me pareció el colmo que no hubiera wifi en la habitación y que no avisaran previo a hacer la reserva, o al momento de hacerla pero antes del pago! Eso nos desestructuró todo el panorama y perdimos muchas horas de disfrute y relajación porque mi pareja tenía que tener reuniones de trabajo desde la habitación, y como no pudo tenerlas, tuvimos que irnos del hotel. Me sentí engañada con el brochure y la descripción de los servicios del hotel: Ni el spa ni la habitación tenían batas ni pantuflas como aparece en la descripción o en el brochure, lo que le quita harta gracia a la experiencia, y no tenian disponibles al pedirlas en recepción. Tampoco tenían silla de masajes! El desayuno que aparece en la descripción del brochure del hotel es un engaño. "Quesos de campo" "Tartas dulces" "Mermelada hecha en el hotel" "Mantequilla de campo". La mermelada y la mantequilla eran de esos potes plásticos como de avión, y lo mismo las " tartas dulces" que hubieron dos y luego no vi más. Aún así, siempre es rico pan con huevo revuelto y yogurt con granola al desayuno, pero no lo llamaría yo un desayuno de hotel de lujo. Y SI TIENE HORARIO DE TÉRMINO.

We had a relaxed stay in this hotel which has rooms for improvement when it comes to the spa area.

Nice, clean and big enough room, breakfast was good.

Rooms on the side to the road are noisy. Spa area is very basic - the steam sauna smelled funny.

Ideal para estadías cortas, personal muy amable y queda cerca de areas verdes.

El precio es un poco elevado a comparación de hoteles de cadena. El desayuno es básico y breve, no ofrece muchas amenidades. La zona parece ser segura pero no es tanto.

Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to assist with any questions etc. Food in the restaurant was very good. Would be great to stay here when the weather is warmer to make use of the roof top pool. Fabulous views from up top.

Whilst the location was a little way out from the central attractions, the area was very safe, which we didn't feel in a different hotel earlier in our stay. It was also very easy to use the metro which was nearby.

It was okay, but it could have been a lot better.

The rooms were spacious, huge comfy bed and the area of the hotel was great. The roof top had good views but was basic. The staff were very friendly and had great English.

The hotel was located on a very busy road with very poor sound proofing and a giant window door that could be opened and felt very insecure as it was close to road level. We barely slept as a result. The roof top looked under construction and poorly utilised.

Beautiful and welcoming stay in the city!

Best pool with an amazing view as well as hot tubs! Staff was super helpful and friendly. They immediately served me a latte upon my arrival and waiting to check in. I loved the neighborhood that was walkable to a nice park, good shopping and restaurants. We also were able to quickly get to San Cristobal Park and hike to the top from there. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast wasn't very accommodating to vegan or gluten free options. Granted we didn't ask for any but it made it an easy decision to go find breakfast elsewhere. The food you can order at the pool has a veggie burger but I didn't notice any gluten free options but it wasn't that big of a deal. Fries were delicious!
