clean.

the bed is smaller than a twin bed, it’s more like a ferry cabin size bed. the staff was never there, and no solution was provided. I took pictures comparing the bed size from this hotel, to another one were I end up resting the second night

Very kindly organized a transfer from airport for me and had a driver waiting for me.. driver waited at the hotel until I got in safe which was lovely as it was late at night and I was traveling alone. mini bar nice touch after long day traveling and getting in late to have drinks in room

The room is clean and modern Breakfast in the room (5 euros/person)

The hotel is located in a quite dirty area. Unless we are here for business reasons, I highly disrecommend staying in this city for over 1 night for tourism reasons... depressive....

Very pleasant accomodation in Palermo

Clean room, spacious and clean bathroom. Close to the train station and close to the main tourist attractions . Friendly staff . (The surrounding streets can discourage you… but in 10 minutes walk the landscape changes .)

Old towels with a bad smell -mold. (I always have my own towel )

Nice rooms, friendly people.

Very loud, walls feel like they made from paper. Construction works at 7 am at Saturday. Area nearby is very dirty.
