Nice apartment but bad service of staff

The staff at the reception attitude is bad. We were not treated nicely upon our arrival. It was too late at night when but we are not allowed to be in because we have total of 11 people including a small kid. We are being treated almost like criminal which she claimed we are trying to sneak in with extra 1 person. The type of words that she chose and the attitude really upset us. We can do nothing but just continue to do what she like us to do by booking another room at different hotel. The way how things go really unpleasant.

Very restrictive place to stay

Ski in and ski out

No checkin after 6 pm donee had to book another hotel and also could not cancel it anymore because they have a very restrictive policy. Also they didn’t offer us to store luggage the last day after we had to leave the apartment at 10 am.

Excellent location and value with a terrific hostess in Narelle

We loved the free wifi, balcony and kitchenette - was close to the most cost effective equipment hire at Central Sports and handy to the snow shuttles to Slalom Plaza

The king bed ~ my side was super firm and the other side had something sticking into my friends hips so she had to put a towel over it to get comfortable.

Disappointing

The location was okay but need to spend an extra 90 bulks per person to get there.

The room was very small. Disappointing value for money. Some staff was unhelpful.

Exceptional

The location was excellent. The host was always very friendly and gave so much of her time to us - very genuine. The room was extremely nice and very warm, we loved the balcony. The drying facilities for snow gear were great as well. Loved it all.

I honestly cant think of a thing. We really liked this place!

Being so close to great eating and drinking options. Convenience in terms of accessing snow slopes

Plenty of tea and coffee provided but no milk, and not available ke at reception when we realised in the AM

Fantastic

We stayed in Apartment 13 and it was excellent. Very modern, great facilities and the kitchen was very well stocked. Highly recommend. and Janene who welcomed us was awesome too. Only issue was the lack of a lift. But otherwise all good.

Great place to stay , convenient position, I will be back

Warm clean and great value , ski in ski out position was very convenient

Shower tiles needed to channel water a bit better , but only by 1-2 mm

location was great and room albeit very small was clean and warm. NO hot plate to cook only microwave but had pots which was strange as room said kitchenette???

Check in time is strictly before 6pm on a Friday night which is hard to meet when coming form Melbourne, If they wish to market to weekenders they need to be more flexible on Friday night arrival time.

Upsetting and staff behavior off this planet

Staff were extremely rude. I have never encountered anything like this before and hope to never again. Even though we had pre paid they were threatening to call the police if we did not get there at 9.00am the morning after check-in to complete the book in and give our credit card. Initially they told us it was unacceptable that we were not going to get there until late as we were working and could not get there by 5.00pm the night before. It took several phone calls and time to convince them to allow us a late check-in. We did explain that we were there for an event that started early in the morning and did not finish until 12.00. They rang us several times whilst we were at the event trying to get us to leave the event to come and give credit card details. It was then they threatened us with the police. On check out they then accused us of having extra people in the rooms. We had booked for 3 adults and 1 child. This is the number we had. It was very bizarre behavior. A friend who was also staying at the place was with us at checkout and could not believe the behavior. She rang management later to complain and was abused and hung up on.
