There is a fully equipped gourmet country kitchen and a pantry with the basics to get you started.
'Circa 1890' also offers great entertaining facilities with a intimate formal dining room featuring the original open fireplace and large open lounge area with 2nd open fire - all wood supplied. French doors open out onto the undercover wrap around verandahs, relax and enjoy the established gardens, the alfresco BBQ area or ease away the tension and take a dip in the heated spa.

We really enjoyed ourselves, the house is beautiful.
Just one thing. The people who left the clean linen on the verandah left the gate open and my dog got out of the yard. Luckily he was just standng on the footpath in front of the gate when I found him and saw the gate open. Considering it's on the main street, that could have been dangerous. Otherwise everything was great.

Very lovely cottage, peaceful in lovely friendly town, very clean, comfortable and as it was pwt friendly our little dog enjoyed his stay too.
My husband and I absolutely loved the relaxing spa.

Beautiful period home, with good size rooms and Pet friendly. Very private and on door step to Berrys Main Street shops and restaurants.

Beautiful home in perfect location, easy walking distance to all the cafes, restaurants and shops.
Bonus to be able to bring our dog. The yard was well fenced.
Air conditioner could do with replacing- it worked but was a bit noisy.
Tip: go & unlock the house first & take your luggage through the garage.

Stayed for 3 nights before and after my daughter’s wedding, nice big house, confortable beds. House a bit dark and hot, air conditioning is in dining area doesn’t cool other sections, a few more fans would be nice.
Unfortunately the temperature was 35 to 37 degrees. Overall very good and great position.

However it can get very noisy because of traffic on the Main Street.
Beautiful heritage house, although very dark inside and after our second stay, it feels like it needs some further renovations inside and lots of work on the outside, cleaning up and cutting back on the gardens.

This property is a gem. What a lovely place to stay. It's very large, roomy, and tastefully decorated. All amenities are provided. The location is perfect at the edge of Berry's CBD. The hosts are wonderful and obliging. Highly recommended.

This is a very well maintained old-style house. We enjoyed it very much. There's a nice wood burning stove in the lounge room and a spa in the back. The landscaping is very well done so that you forget there are neighbours. If you like cooking, the oven/cooktop is a treat. The only downside is that it can be a little noisy with traffic (especially annoying motorbikes) on the road out front. Everything in the town is within walking distance, 5-15 minutes.

A wonderful comfortable heritage house in a great spot in Berry. We stayed during some very cold and blustery spring weather. The nice touches provided by Terri, fires already set and a cheese platter were most welcome. The garden was beautiful and we would love to stay again. Thank you

This was one of our best getaways yet! The property is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could need for a short stay. Loved the location, being on the corner of queen street, we were able to leave the car behind and walk into town, a plus as we had the dogs with us who also thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We shopped, we ate, we explored and we relaxed in the spa! Berry is a lovely location and staying at Circa made it the easy to enjoy the township and surrounds. Would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a gorgeous stay
