Perfekte und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Eine wirklich sehr überdurchschnittlich schöne Wohnung, mit schönem Blick und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Das aufzuzählen, dazu reicht der Platz hier nicht! Liebevoll dekoriert. Technisch top ausgestattet! Parken direkt hinter dem Haus. Man ist in 10 Minuten in Metzingen und 15 in Reutlingen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns optimal, da wir als Gruppe verreist sind.

Nichts, es war wirklich überdurchschnittlich gut!Wir übernachten häufig meist als Gruppe bei Teilnahme an Sportveranstaltungen in ganz Deutschland, so eine tolle Wohnung hatten wir in der Tat noch nie!

Loved this brand new apartment. If you are going to metzingen for outlet shopping, this apartment could be the best accommodation choice. 7minutes driving distance from outlet. No hassle with partking at the property. Spacious for a family of 4. Spotless clean. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. I would stay there again if i ever go back to Metzingen.

Nice decoration and good furniture with a breathtaking view from some unit but in a remote location with constant traffi

The building has been renovated recently and the design of the bathroom and kitchen is nice and modern. The space is adequate for a family although there a non sitting /living room only bedrooms and a kitchen. My daughter loved the trampoline.

Road noise! The vue is superb except from unit 3 which face the recycling bins and someone else backyard. But we were surprised to hear road noise all the time. Right at the end of the land, there is a small road with cars going fast all the time. And then further out there are many high trafic noise so spending time outside is not that enjoyable. Even in the evening. This location would have been a piece of heaven if it was not this noise. Avoid unit #3: is at the street level. Only the neighbours pass by but still you can’t sleep with the windows open and the view is not great. When we visited, it was 36 degrees. The unit has not air Conditioning and no mosquito screen so you either suffocate from heat or you have lots of flies and mosquitos in the house bussing in your ears at night. You can’t really open the windows in the bedrooms, they are right on the street. Other units don’t have this problems. I noticed neighbouring house had screens which would be a great addition
