Really great. Nice that we could all be together in a comfortable flat rather than different rooms in a hotel.

Nice and clean and good location. Had helpful things included like hairdryer and iron which was great as we were there for a graduation ceremony.

Sofa was very uncomfortable and kept sliding into the ‘sofa bed’ position when you moved. Fridge set too high so milk froze. However these were the only two things.

Ruim appartement op goede locatie maar heel vies

Locatie was goed. Ruim appartement

We kwamen aan in een heel vies appartement. Moesten direct stofzuigen omdat de vloer echt vies was. Oook de microgolf was zo vies dat ook die moest worden proper gemaakt alvorens we deze konden gebruiken. Eén van de kamers hebben we niet gebruikt omdat de lakens vies waren (zie foto's). Bij onze aankomst was er geen warm water en geen verwarming wat niet aangenaam is, vooral niet als je met een baby reist. Pas de volgende dag konden ze iemand sturen. Echt verschrikkelijk. We keken echt uit naar onze vakantie in Belfast en dachten dat we een leuk appartement hadden gevonden maar wat een nachtmerrie m

Ideal location but slightly expensive and not as advertised in the photos.

Location and the kitchen area and amenities

Old and tired, needs redecorating and a new settee. Living room was warm but the rest of the rooms were hard to hear and the rooms felt cold and damp.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff on the other end of the phone in working hours 7 days a week, even called me beforehand to make sure I had all the info needed

If I have to give a con, one bedroom was v hot whole the others were quite cool but honestly that's neither here nor there

Beware and check if all the facilities including lifts are working ! As we reached the place with a broken lift and quit

The property itself was clean though the lift was broken and we were not even informed about it ! I was travelling with my older parents and had quite a few bags due to self catering requirements and had to carry all of these across 3 flights of stairs - very uncomfortable

Lift was broken and the keys to the apartment were confusing with too many similar keys with no reception at the place and no one to help

Great location, cleanliness can be improved.

Location: close to city center, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Apartment was spacious, enough for 5 adults and a child. It had 2 bathrooms with toilets so very convenient. Staff were quick to respond to emails.

1. The doors in the hallways make a lot of noise, you can hear it even in the furthest place inside the apartment. 2. The fact that we checked in with 5 adults and 1 child, but the staff only had travel sized toiletries for 2 persons. 3. The sheets in the room at the back with the bathroom had old, stained sheets and towels which should have been binned instead of still used. 4. The mold, musty smell in the bathroom, the dust covering the ventilation in the bathroom.

The apartment was very dirty. The crockery and cutlery not clean. Floor and skirting dirty. Couch and cushions in lounge smelled awful. The windows were covered in bird poo. The corridor was extremely smelly and carpet soaking in areas . Bathroom shower screen grotty. Towels thin. Was very overpriced. Only good thing was location. Central to all attractions.

We enjoyed our stay in Belfast very much but the bed situation was very disappointing. The door too

The location was really good. It was clean and comfortable.

1. The bed situation was not as specified in our order------ a bedroom with two separate beds plus a single bed in a different room. We were actually given two double /king beds in two rooms, requiring two of us (mid-seventies sisters , luckily) to share a bed. 2.The door-lock was extremely difficult to open from the inside, leaving us fearful of being locked in. Closing it required a forceful bang and some manipulation of the lock. 3. There was no access to normal television channels like BBC or UTV and no written list of stations or instructions as to how to find them. 4. A grab-rail and bath mat in the bath/shower would have made it safer. 5. Several light bulbs were not working ---in need of replacement. 6.No instructions on how to get heating to the radiators. A torch is needed beside the water heater. 7.Toiletries supplied were very very limited for three people for three days!

Perfect location to anywhere in Belfast. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed - including tayto cheese & onion crisps!!

The cleanliness could have been improved I some places. The biggest difficulty was finding the entrance to the underground car park - very poor instructions on how to find it. Also the lock box for the keys was lying open when we went to get the keys.

the property was dirty. the boiler was broken. mould on walls. it shouldn’t be available to rent. unable to contact anyone from check in to 9am the following day. cold.
