About this house rental
Woolgoolga Beach House boasts magnificent beach front accommodation (50m to sand and water .. depending on the tide!!). This luxurious four bedroom house is located on Woolgoolga's Main Beach with the beach being literally at your front door.
Some of the features include four bedrooms (3xQueen and 3xking singles beds), separate lounge and dining areas, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, barbecue, two ensuites and a separate bathroom, laundry facilities and much, much more. Linen is not provided but can be supplied at a cost. However it is the spectacular ocean views and close proximity to the central business district of Woolgoolga that make this property such a fabulous holiday location. Loved the property. Would have benefited from extras such as soap and toiletries to make it really special.

Loved our stay. However felt the supply of very basic things was missing. No soap, hand soap, tissues, toilet rolls were very minimum. We have even had shampoo and conditioner supplied at other places where we have stayed. Not even pepper and salt in the cupboards.
If I had known these things were not there would have brought them with me.
While we did bring our own soap for use in the bathroom, we are use to it being supplied.
Towels could have been a bit more generous as well.
Cost of our stay was extremely reasonable and location was beautiful.
Some difficulty in communicating with the host caused confusion with supply of linens required.

Great location and space for a stay in Woolgoolga, as well as great hosts. Just remember to bring Linen and soap. As well as there being no Wifi.

We needed to arrange accommodation for 7 at short notice and was keen to stay close to the beach. We were delighted with our stay - the house is very comfortable and looks out onto the beach. Lovely host and couldn't have wished for more. Thanks M for hosting us.

The 'home' was beautiful, peaceful, and only a short walk to the beach. It was also close to town making our meals so much better, especially eating them on the patio. I was disappointed that it had no air-conditioning but as the saying goes, "When in Rome, do as the Romans!" The host was cordial and responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend this 'home'!

We had originally planned to stay in Coffs Harbour, decided a bit late so there was no accommodation, found this lovely home in Woolgoolga. Upon arrival, found ouselves in a lovely quiet beach town with lovely locals. Met Maureen the owner of the property. Lovely wonderful lady she is. Did not even spend anytime in Coffs Harbour, the beach is litterally across the road with restaurants and cafes, Woolworths is a one minute drive. You must drive up to the headlands which is a 30 seconds drive and watched the sunrise, it is picturesque! we also saw wallabies from a close distance while watching the sunrise. I strongly recommend you book this Stayz Property, will not be disappointed. We had a Absolutely Wondeful Getaway!

A wonderful, large, and comfortable accommodation which is beautiful on the inside and outside with abundant seating areas outside , facing the beach. Coffee shops and restaurants were within a few minutes walking distance away from the house. The property is neat and clean. The host, Maureen was lovely, friendly and helpful.

This home is lovely and in a great location close to the beach, shops, cafes etc. Hosts live upstairs so handy for any issues which we had none of.

This is a great place where you can just sit on the veranda and look over the beach. Small coffee shops and food are in walking distance, and all you need in the kitchen and household is provided.

Woolgoolga Beach House boasts fabulous beach views & is central to beach, SLSC, shops, restaurants, hotel & clubs, which offer a courtesy bus & is an ideal location for a group or family stay.
Accommodation is very comfortable but be sure to bring your essentials ie: soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap & kitchen starter items ie: tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, cooking oil, cling wrap, foil & paper hand towel etc.
You have the option to bring your own linen or hire which is great. Linen hire includes full bed linen & a bath towel per person but you will need to bring your own tea towels & hand towels.
Owners Maureen & John are friendly & communication is easy via email or text message & whilst your are sharing the property with the owners it is very private & the secure off street parking for 3 cars is a bonus too.

Absolute pearler of a house to stay in, loved it. Very comfortable, roomy and has modern facilities. Fantastic location right on the beach with spectacular views from inside and also outside lounge or dining. Also close to cafes and restaurants. Loved every bit of it and would definitely come back.

Fabulous location!
This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back. The property is in such a great location and a very short walk to the shops and the beach. The kids had a ball and there were plenty of games for them to play. Maureen and John were always very helpful if we had any questions.

Great getaway
We recently spent 3 nights at this beach house. What an amazing location! Right across the road from the beautiful Woolgoolga beach. The home is very spacious - all bedrooms are a generous size. Maureen is very lovely to deal with. We hope to come back!

Great place to relax with friends.
The house is big with 2 ensuite bedrooms we use. Alfresco is a great to have dinner with sunset view.
It would be easier for traveller if the host can stock welcoming pack such as coffee & tea, milk & sugar, hand wash & hand towels.

Perfect
This is a beautiful, luxury property in a perfect position.
And from the kitchen sink we could watch the kids swimming between the flags!
We hadn't been anywhere near Woolgoolga before, but it is an ideal beach for swimming and for beginner-intermediate surfing - in fact there's a surf school that runs on the beach just in front of the house.
Also, the hosts were lovely and made every effort to make sure everything was just right.
