J'était très contente d'avoir choisi cet hôtel pour y passer la nuit

La proximité de la gare et la chambre très confortable et la salle de bains de même

Pour un week-end en famille le personnel, la chambre familiale ainsi que le petit déjeuner tout était vraiment super merci.

Séjour agréable

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre de taille correcte et salle de bain propre. Pas de moquette dans la chambre ce qui est appréciable d'un point de vue hygiène.

Cher et pas agréable du tout

Accessibilité sur notre route des vacances

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait 30 degrés dehors. L'employé n'a pas voulu se déplacer pour assister. Nous avons dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte et subir les piqûres de moustiques. Le lit était inconfortable - trop mou. On a demandé 2 oreillers supplémentaires, qui nous ont été refusés. L'employé s'est montré désagréable et peu soucieux que l'établissement reçoive un commentaire négatif de notre part. Le petit déjeuner a perdu en qualité - nous venons dans cet hôtel depuis 6 ans et nous voyons que la qualité sé dégrade. D'une semaine à l'autre, le prix a augmenté de 30 euros environ, qui ne les valait pas du tout ! Moins de choix et moins bon. On n'y viendra plus, sauf si vous nous prouvez que vous travaillez à la qualité.

The location was perfect with easy parking. Room was big and comfortable.

Room a bit dated. We had stayed in the adjacent Ibis Budget and we were expecting this to be slightly better.

Very good

Breakfast was excellent, great choice… you could even drink fresh orange juice. In addition the parking was Just “below “ the hotel. We paid a fair price for what we got .

Clean, comfortable hotel very close to station and town centre

The location of the hotel, very close to the station and also the town centre for shops and restaurants. The early start for breakfast (from 04.00) and also the variety (including some extremely nice tarte de pomme, tarte de limon, etc.) The room was large and spotlessly clean. The staff were very polite, friendly and willing to help.

There were no hot options at breakfast (at least at 06.30) and it sometimes took staff a while to replenish empty dishes, fruit juice, etc. But minor gripes only.

We stayed in the same room a week before our last visit. The shower in the room was broken and I reported this to the staff. They promised to fix it. But when we settled in the room last time, the shower was still broken. This is unacceptable behavior towards guests.

very convenient location on the way from germany to the south of france. excellent varied breakfast. children's playroom (but right at the entrance) it's not very secured if you have to leave the kids alone.

Great for a stopover stay, lovely staff.

This was a stopover stay whilst driving through Europe. It was only meant for a place to lay our heads but we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms clean and well equipped. The bottle of water and sweets were a nice touch. The reception area had plenty to entertain children with and the continental breakfast was as expected. We would happily stay again. It was very good value for money.

We stayed in this hotel on our way out and way back. The room we had on the way back was directly next to the lift and there was some noise from this.

Cleanliness, Staff , Variety of the breakfast menu & many cakes were fresh.

- The door of the shower room can not be closed. - The Toilet room smell was bad, even without any usage. - The (Refreshment area for hot drinks) was not free the whole day, although it was stated to be free according to the hotel leaflet on the room. - Only One type of the Breakfast cakes was not Fresh
