A horrible experience .

well there was no breakfast to speak of .They didn't even offer tea till 8am And when the so complimentary breakfast came,it was different from the menu

Very poor service No service at all They wabted payment on arrival which i fave No water and when water came i was asked to pay for it . No glas was given either

No room service , better eat outside and come rather order food in hotel, staffs are so lazy no room service at all beds are not clean if bychance you ordered food u will get after 1 to 1.30 hr . Not recommendable

Staff behaviour is good & location also good if you have your work around Rajarhat, Newtown or Sector 5.

Facility of getting a cup of tea also not there & near by no shop, so for food you would really struggle. Bed linens are not upto the mark.

Cheap but not worth staying.

The room was clean. That's the only plus point.

Linens were dirty and used ones. Lots of mosquitoes. Not a single glass tumbler provided. There was no water on the hot water line in the bathroom. Fan doesn't run properly. For breakfast, we ordered toasted bread and butter, but there wasn't any butter on toast, but the hotel charged an exorbitant price for it..
