Nettes Hotel in optimaler Umgebung

Die Lage ist direkt an einer Mall, darin findet man etliche Restaurants und take aways. Das Hotel selbst ist Sauber und die Zimmer sind entsprechend.

Der/die eine oder andere Mitarbeiter/in sollte eventuell mal einen "wie behandle ich Kunden freundlich" Lehrgang besuchen Das Frühstück war OK allerdings unverhältnismäßig teuer

Me gusto mucho la ubicacion del hotel, ya que esta cerca de varios puntos de transporte como el metro y el metrobus

Bonito pero con detalles

El centro comercial esta muy bonito la vdd, los cuartos los han dejado caer un pcoo cuenta con Aire acondicionado mas no caleffacion por lo que si son frios

Los cuartos estan un pcoo desucidados no hay calefaccion y si es frio el cuarto la llegada a vallejo es problematica, el deayuno muy bajo de calidad

Excelente servicio

Todo en conjunto me gustó, habitación limpia, cama cómoda todo funcional. Atención rápida y trato amable.

Solo me quedé con la situación de que yo elegí el servicio con desayuno incluido y ya que pagué a través de una plataforma, al leer el comprobante ya no incluía el desayuno. No sé, quizás el error fue mio pero bueno, en general me gustó la experiencia y el servicio. Muchas gracias

Muy comoda, tranquilo y sobre todo excelente por estar dentro del centro comercial

La ubicación de la calle, esta un poco fea la zona. Pero el hotel esta muy bien ubicado dentro de la plaza. Tienes acceso a todo con ella. Saque a pasear a mi brbe y aprovechamos para comer en un lugar agradable y hasta de compras

La zona en la noche, parece ser peligrosa. Pero todo bien

don’t value such money

location is awful. ask Us to pay for breakfast but it’s was included. nobody speaks English and even can’t help to call a taxi! don’t accept dollars and wasn’t helpful at all. very mean and rude boy from front desk… for such money disgusting service

clean room, the person named Adan at the lobby at midnight completed our check in with no issues, really good service from him

they tried to charge us for the breakfast when it was included on the reservation rate, the room was the last one of the floor and super small, breakfast was bad; the guy at the lobby in the morning was very rude terrible service for me and my husband

It was such a relaxing place to stay. despite being in a big city I was able to rest.

I loved the service and the food! I enjoyed the gym as well! everyone was really nice and I’ll be coming back to the location! I liked that it’s connected to the plaza!

I wish the gym had some foam rollers to be able to stretch but that’s about it but other than that I loved the view when working out!

Watch out: the taxi company working for the hotel is unreliable. I had a confirmed taxi for 8:30 am By 8:40 : no news At 8:45 I took a taxi on the street as mine never showed up
