Die Lage war gut. Wir konnten das Auto immer vor dem Haus parken. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat uns Tipps gegeben. Auch Strandschirme durften wir von ihr leihen.
Ein Zimmer könnte etwas zu klein für zwei Personen sein. Die Halterung für den Duschkopf ist defekt.

The complimentary muffins on arrival and greeting from the host started off our stay on a high note. Then she even brought toys over for the kids! Amazing service! We loved the design and setup of the space. The location was great as there was a market close by. Easy to get a taxi to go to places further away. The bed was amazingly comfortable to the point I took a photo of the mattress brand.

Stunning, modern, comfortable, fully equipped apartment with a fantastic outdoor space in a quiet neighbourhood with supermarket just at bottom of road. We loved our 20min walk into town in mornings and evenings stopping off for coffee before spending time in town and then the beaches either side of town. Taxi was only 10 euros home at night if we were tired. Loved the place. The hosts are outstanding. They organised our transfer and the driver took care of our journeys with great advice for the week. There was a lovely welcome pack (the cold wine particularly appreciated) and the host left home made Greek snacks for us which were delicious. Any question we had or request they responded very quickly and kindly. We travel a great deal and Chania is definitely one of the best places we have been, the apartment is perfect and the hosts brilliant. Thank You. We look forward to coming back.

Great hospitality and comfort at Evaris apartments! We really enjoyed the location and the nicely designed apartment. Eva greeted us and, because we arrived late, prepared a delicious snack for us. Parking was easy. 10/10!

This was one of the best Apartments we have ever stayed in. It is very well equipped and has all the necessary utensils that you need. It is very clean and centrally located, we walked from here to the old town of Chania. Even though we did not meet the host personally the communication went very well through Whats App and all our questions were answered. The hosts mother lives above and she can look at you as well in case of need. We were prepared some muffins by her to welcome us. All in all a perfect stay, we wish we would have stayed longer.

Eva and Theodosia are really nice and helpful. There were cupcakes waiting for us in the apartment, coffee, cookies. Towels, and hygiene products also were on place. We had really amazing time in Evaris Apartments. I honestly recommend this place. Thank you I'm sure we will come back in the future!

Here we could find anything we need during our stay in Crete. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G breakfast every day, so delicious and large that we were able to make snacks for ourselves later in the day. Many baby/toddler accessories were super helpful in our case. Fresh towels 2 times a week. However, the ladies taking care of the apartment are of the greatest value. Evangelia, as well as Theodosia, did everything to make our stay pleasing, including recommendations for buying local products and sightseeing, and even ordering a taxi. We are very happy for choosing this place for our stay in Chania. No problem with the place for a car. We could borrow umbrellas when we went to the beach.
The road is indeed ascending when coming to the apartment, but we made it with the stroller so in our opinion, it is not that hard. The apartment does not have a ventilation system in the bathroom so you have to remember to open the window after showering, otherwise, water could condensate on the windows and walls and all your clothes may absorb some water. The apartment is equipped with a plug-in condensation machine, but the noise disturbed us.

We wanted to take a felt pen and cross off the 9.7 rating and write in 11. Eva is the most wonderful host we have had through any booking site in our many years of travel. We stayed in both rooms over our stay, and everything you need is carefully considered, from the kitchen and bathroom right down to a blanket for the couch to watch an evening movie. Eva overwhelmed us with kindness, generosity, and so many treats (wine, olive oil, honey, cookies, cupcakes, chocolates...) We really didn't want to leave. Thank you so much!

Friendly owners! Very well organised apartment, towels, slippers, hair dryer, hygiene items! Moreover mixer, multicutter, toaster, everything you need! Very clean! Easy parking!
The location, you can go on foot to the supermarket, to the bakery also for coffee and every meal during the day!

The property was a bit away from center of city but not too far to take walk there. It was no problem to find parking slot for a car. House Lady was very nice and helpful. Breakfast she prepared for every morning was very tasteful and made with local accent and from local products. Rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. Open kitchen has all equipment needed to prepare your own food or make coffee or tea. Fresh and tasty muffins were served for our arrival.
I personally prefer harder bed.

Theodosia and Eva and super nice, helpful and professional. We had the superior apartment and it was great. There is a bedroom and a 2nd mezzanine bed up the stairs in the living room. It's very cosy up there and completely separate from the living room. The kitchen has everything one needs. Coffee pods are available which was awesome and we had fresh muffins upon check in. The terrace is north facing so later in the year there is no sun but still nice to sit outside. There can be parking in front of the house but the street facing the house has a newer build with some parking spots in front and so far I didn't see any residents' permits required. A supermarket is 2 min down the road and it's about 20-30 min walk into town. 10 min towards town is a roundabout with quite a few restaurants that are great for lunch. The wifi worked very well.

Loved this apartment and the breakfast made by Evangelia was amazing, worth the visit just for the breakfast alone. Was about a 20 minute walk into Chania, if you walk back to apartment it is uphill. We arrived later at night and asked if rhere was place we could for something to eat and Evangelia made us a pizza and some spinach parcels.
Would definitely recommend this Apartment and the hospitality shown by Evangelia was exceptional

We could not have spent a better moment in Xania. We (a family of 4) arrived on a very warm August afternoon to Evaris apartment. We were happy to be received by a cool AC and a very beautiful, nicely arranged, very clean and airy apartment. Modernly decorated, Evaris apartment was extremely comfortable. The beds were nice and cozy and there were plenty of towels to be used either at the apartement or to take to the beach. The flat is very well equipped with fridge, washing machine and everything one needs to fix a quick meal or just enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine. Nearby, there is a large supermarket and one can easily walk to Xania’s city center.
But, the best part of our stay concerns the landlord/owner -Eva. She received us with wonderful cupcakes that did not last long and a nice bottle of while wine. Eva brought a wonderful breakfast every day , which combined delicious cooked eggs (in different recipes every day), different bread types, viennoiseries, freshly squeezed orange juice, slices of cheese and ham…. and the most amazing honey we have ever had. But even if food was spectacular, what we enjoyed the most was Eva’s advice. Where to go and what to visit around Xania. Thanks to Eva, we discovered the most beautiful beaches, the botanical garden and spectacular mountain scenaries that we would have missed otherwise. Hopefully we will be back very soon.

Everything was spectacular! The hosts were terrific! Very friendly. They always helped us to make the stay one we will never forget. The home was beautiful. Breakfast was topnotch. But I have to go back to their kindness. You do not meet many people like this. Thank you again for everything!

It is our second time there in a row. The apartment is spacious and amazingly clean! The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. The hosts are lovely and we were welcomed with complimentary pizza, muffins, white wine and juice. Upon demand you can get a very delicious homemade breakfast every morning.

The location was very close to the city centre. The apartment was modern and cozy. I loved the little details as the courtesy muffins, the water and the juice. Everything was spotless clean and the host patiently replied to all my questions about the transportation.
