Verschrikkelijk behandeld door Melissa.

De accomodatie is gelegen in de heuvels van vercana. Je hebt uitzicht op het meer, het meer zelf, is echter een eindje weg.

We hadden een hele lange reis achter de rug en reisde met 2 kinderen en een baby. We hadden bij het boeken aangegeven dat we met 2 kinderen en 2 volwassenen waren omdat we voor onze baby alle eigen faciliteiten bij ons hebben. Onze baby heeft allergie en eet zodoende alleen speciale voeding. Ook hadden we een eigen campingbedje mee waar de baby in sliep. Bij aankomst bij deze B&B begon de eigenaresse in plaats van een hartelijk ontvangst meteen enorm hysterisch te doen. Ze zei jullie zijn met 5 , en niet met 4. Dat is een probleem. Ik excuseerde me en begreep niet zo goed wat het probleem was, we hadden immers alles voor de baby zelf bij ons. Dus ik vroeg haar hoe kunnen we het probleem oplossen? Daar gaf ze geen antwoord op. Ze zei alleen mijn b&b is alleen open voor 4, niet voor 5. Dus vroeg ik haar om een oplossing. Ik vroeg haar: wil je dan dat we de baby buiten laten slapen? Of wil je dat we gaan? Of gaat het om geld? Ze bleef alleen maar mopperen en vijandig doen zonder met ook maar een enkele oplossing te komen. We voelde ons zo niet welkom dat ik na overleg met mijn vroeg na een lange reisdag besloten annuleer de boeking maar en geef ons ons geld maar terug. Dan waren we heel erg graag naar een b&b gereden waar we wel welkom en gewenst waren geweest. Maar dit weigerde ze! Dus ze wilde niet dat we bleven met 5, maar ze wilde ons ook geen geld teruggeven. Ze dreigde ons alleen nog dat als er een controle zou komen van de politie , dat niet zij, maar wij een groot probleem zouden hebben. Ze zei uiteindelijk op buitengewoon onvriendelijke manier: de sleutels hangen in je deur, en ontbijt is om 08:00. Iets wat wij hebben geïnterpreteerd als “zoek het maar uit”. We zijn zodoende met een zeer oncomfortabel gevoel en met veel tegenzin gebleven. De twee dagen dat we hier gelukkig alleen sliepen zijn we met de nek aangekeken. En behandeld als 2e rangs gasten.

Breakfast was good

Not what we booked. No view of Lake Comi from bedroom when advertised. No working sauna when advertised Separate bathroom when advertised as private. No tea or coffee making facilities. No water in room when we had driven 300 miles.

Loved our time at Piano Tre

Centrality to all the sights and sounds of this amazing city of love! Excellent security and amazing to stay in a building from the 1300s-no ghosts thankfully. Good hot water good mini bar comfortable bed

Three flights of stairs and luggage but hey so what don’t worry about it it’s totally worth it.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui io e il mio compagno per la notte di capodanno, stanza pulita, peccato che il bagno è fuori dalla camera ma compensa il fatto che ogni stanza ha il suo bagno privato e ogni bagno si trova accanto alla propria stanza appena si esce dalla porta. Il soggiorno con il caminetto a legna è molto rilassante e caldo🥰 La terrazza è davvero bella con un panorama 🔝

Host was the rudest person we have come across in our 4 weeks of travel, made us feel unsafe and upset my children. There is a shared bathroom amongst multiple rooms.

Great host, amazing views, ideal location for exploring Lake Como!

Melissa was a great host! She was very warm and welcoming and gave us great tips for places to visit nearby! The house is lovely and has a great view over Domaso and Lake Como, which is perfect for sitting out and eating breakfast, or relaxing out there in the evening. Thank you very much Melissa for making our stay one we'll never forget :D

Very good

The view from the balcony was amazing.

There were not so much things around the location. We wanted to buy some groceries and the closest store was pretty far from this town.

Exceptional

The house was very beautiful and clean with a nice view. We were able to see the lake from our balcony. Especially the sunrise was breathtaking. The hostess was very polite!! She made us feel really comfortble and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend it!!

the location was fantastic and the service was great as very friendly host and really good as this is a family run B&B, the view of the alps and lake como was wart every penny overall great

Finding the place as I drove from Milan airport as fining was difficult but host was great as I called her late midnight she was able to help

The view.

The bathroom was in a separate room from the bedroom and this was not mentioned anywhere.Breakfast was below our expectations. The parking was away from the room with an excessive uphill.

The bed was stinky the room was very small. The bathroom was not connected to the room. in order to go to the bathroom we need to share a hallway with more people. Noisy neighbor next-door

Poor breakfast ,the location is far away and hard to find.

The host woman is disrespectful and racist because she treated us differently from others. First She deceived us in the rooms. We rented an apartment. There are two separate rooms in the suit. The bathroom is outside. The breakfast is for one hour only. She does not allow lighting the corridors when leaving the room to the bathroom. She does not clean the room daily. When leaving, she orders us to take the trash with us in the car.
