Quiet and simple

It was very peaceful and functional

The walking distance to the beach and the electric heater to cook was not working

Happy holiday

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Kristina and her husband were amazing, they organized us the trasfer from/to the airport and allowed us to check out in the afternoon instead of the morning. I highly recommend this accomodation!

Will be back again next year

Fab hosts, met us at airport, taken us to hotel. Rooms spacious, clean and have everything we needed. Great WiFi, location was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. Rooms had tv l, full kitchen facilities and hairdryer also.

Very friendly host and always available for me and my girlfriend. Very good position in Alykanas (You have restaurants, bakeries and supermarket near the studios). The pictures of the rooms represent the reality and fortunately we had a free parking inside the studios!

Geart price, great basic apartments, great holiday

Perfectly placed apartments just off the main road. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars and 15 minute walk to beach. The apartments are well serviced and the owners cannot do enough for you. Apartments are of a great basic standard. Lift to and from airport can be arranged through the owners.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay. thank you some much Bikiri family

the location is great, very clean and tidy. large balcony with all the items you need for self catering, my wife has a really bad back and the beds where a concern at 1st. the owners couldn’t do enough to help, providing a bed topper to help my wife with her back condition was over a beyond what we expected. brilliant family who own and run these 10 out of 10

very minor piece, could have done with a medium cooking pan 😀

Bad service and uncomfortable

The location was not bad, very close to local shops and not too far from the beach

Service was horrible. The flat is advertised with air conditioning but when I ask them for the remote they said that the apartment does have air conditioning but it is not included in the price so I had to pay 7 euros per night to get it. The noise is anotherbig issue: the fridge is very loud so you will need to unplug it, and if you keep the windows open you are not going to sleep because of the crazy noises coming from the outside. Talking about the shower, it is literally impossible to find the right temperature so you are going to freeze or burn yourself every time you shower, and of course the bathroom gets flooded afterwards and there is no mop in the flat. I truly recommend to avoid this apartment and find something better, it did ruin part of my stay in Zakynthos.

Value for money. Basis room but well equipped and nice balcony. Bed was a bit hard but bearable

Great value break in alikanas.

Location is good. Bed was comfy, studio spacious with a nice balcony and the bekiri family are lovely. The studio was excellent value for money.

Nothing I didn't like. A few small updates however would make this a perfect place to stay and for which I would be happy to pay more.

The hosts are very nice and helpful, they offered us pickup from airport, the location was great, near the tavernas and interes points

The toilet was broken and a bit noisy
