Very disappointed. It should be suitable for people who don't have a car.

Location

The room is small and parking is available at a cost. The price is high and not worth the quality provided. The public bath is narrow.

ロケーションが最高だった！朝ごはんが美味しかった！部屋から姫路城が見えて嬉しかった！年末にリーズナブルに宿泊出来た！

最上階からの景色を楽しみにしていたので、最上階に行けなかった事が残念でした。

Very convenient location.

Very close to Himeji Station. We only had one night. So it was super convenient to stay where we were. Himeji Castle was 20minutes walk. Check out was 11am.

すごくキレイでいい香りがして、朝食バイキングも美味しくて、ドーナツやワッフル、スイーツも可愛くて写真を撮るのが楽しかったです！

良いホテルですが、割高感がありました。

ロケーションは、JR姫路駅から徒歩3分程度と近くて良いです。繁華街にも近く、近隣に飲食店の選択肢も多く便利です。姫路城も徒歩圏内で、ゆっくりと散策できました。大浴場は清潔でサウナも付いており、快適に旅の疲れを癒すことができました。ロビーに設置されているセルフサービスのコーヒーは、部屋で湯を沸かす手間が省けたので助かりました。

チェックインの際、研修中のスタッフであったことを割り引いても、あまり良い対応とは感じませんでした。宿泊したトリプルルームは、ツインルームにエキストラベッドが追加される形になっており、居住スペースがかなり狭かったのは残念でした。こちらの部屋は大人3人（18歳の子供を含む）で宿泊する部屋としては適切ではないと思われるので、3人用の部屋としての案内はしないようにすべきと思います。

姫路に来た時はまた寄りたい。

とても清潔でお部屋も広く、すごいお得感がありました。大浴場も広くて清潔で、とてもゆっくり出来ました。フロントスタッフの方の対応もとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。

館内が清潔で、天井が高く圧迫感がないことや、フロントの対応も良かった。ベッドやピローも、快適なものでした。

キャッスルビューでしたが、あまりよく見えないこと。駐車料金も、宿泊客のお得感がなかったこと。

ベッドの枕が良かった。空調も割とよくお部屋の居心地が良かった。環境に配慮したアメニティが良かった。

無料のラウンジはもう少し何かつまめらものやドリンクの種類があれば嬉しい。有料で良いからカフェがあればいいなぁ。お部屋からお城が見えたら最高だなぁ

Very good

Hotel was very conveniently located to train station and all kinds of shopping and restaurants. You can see Himeji Castle from the hotel.

We went to be out of the hustle and bustle. We found it very relaxing. The spa was a great way to end the day.

Superb. I will be back!

The staff answered my question regarding stored luggage within minutes. They stored everything within 30 seconds, which was so helpful, as we had a bus to catch. The cleaning staff was particularly courteous and every time I passed the front desk, I was assailed with friendly greetings, a mix of Japanese and English.

The bath was jammed. It was probably my fault for going so late. I would recommend using the bath in the room. It was superb; the communal bath was far from great, though I imagine it might be very nice if one were alone. Or with fewer than 95 other people, particularly people who do not follow general bath etiquette.
