La posizione e la dimensione della camera

Il buffet, molto scarso sia per la colazione che per la cena oltre che la poca attenzione e cura da parte del personale. Difficoltà nel dormire per via dell'affaccio sulla strada principale. Mancata pulizia della stanza da parte dello staff addetto.

El hotel en apariencia no es una maravilla pero tiene una ubicación extraordinaria y un personal encantador. Tuvimos un problema de agua con el baño de la habitación e hicieron lo imposible por solucionarlo.

La habitación no estaba muy limpia cuando entramos.

Pleasant

Excellent location. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The food was very basic but acceptable.

The hotel was dated. You had to pay a deposit to use an iron or hairdryer. The air-conditioning in the room was useless and didn't cool the room down. The staff were friendly, but the checking in process was extremely slow and old fashioned, even though it was all on the computer, they still used manual files.

Lovely staff but less than basic hotel

Liked the fact was in old town & still close to the beach

It’s a shame to complain about this place cause staff are so lovely but for a hotel you don’t even get a kettle or usual tea, coffee sachets. You would have to pay deposit to get a kettle. No fridge to even keep bit of water in which is unusual for somewhere hot. We paid deposit to get an iron which doesn’t even come with small iron board. And to top it off if your room is on side of entrance you can hear everyone in the street as if there in the room with you. This place needs some rethinking about what they offer.

The room was very clean but very basic. The bathroom although clean was very tired

No facilities in the room whatsoever. Tea/coffee making facilities would have been good as well as a hairdryer.

Exceeded expectations. Clean and friendly. Great location

For the price wasn't expecting too much, but far exceeded expectations. It's basic accommodation, but it's very clean and location is great. Staff were very friendly.

Staff polite & helpful. Room very clean & very comfortable bed. Very good value for money.

Out of hotel control but had very noisy guest in next room. Rooms need better sound proofing.

Didn’t have the best view. Shower was very temperamental, had to fiddle with pressure so it didn’t squirt everywhere. Would be nice to have hair dryer in room
