Séjour agréable à un bon prix

L'hôte Jaya adorable, souriant et réactif, les premiers jours, il y avait un problème de pommeau de douche et il l'a réparé en quelques heures. Il a aussi changé l'eau de la piscine, bien entretenu le jardin et les chambres. La taille de la chambre et de la salle de bain La beauté du jardin Endroit calme et très bien situé, à proximité de nombreux restaurants et à 10 minutes à pied de la forêt des singes Le rapport qualité prix

Connexion wifi très lente Chambre qui manque un peu de lumière

An oasis in a central location in Ubud for a fair price

Location is super good as there's a big supermarket just in front of the villa, a 24 hours open restaurant and dozens of ATMs and convenience stores. Close to the monkey forest and walking distance from many places in Ubud. Only thing it is located on a crowded street intersection that makes it hard to walk and move around, but Bali is quite crowded overall in the touristic spots. The swimming pool and the garden are neat, and an awesome place where you can relax after the heat and stress of the streets. It's calm and there's an outdoor place where you can relax, eat or work. Kitchen is shared an outdoor but we didn't use it much and it's also a challenge keeping that kind of kitchen very clean. Host makes you feel welcome and is very attentive. Recommended stay if you are visiting Ubud for the first time and need to visit places around

Swimming pool was good the during the first week but then it started to get green. I told them but maybe I wasn't too clear or they were just cool about it. I didn't bother much because we were not there all the time but it would be nice consider working on that usually so it stays cool. The room was good but not as brand new as in the photos. Might need new paint and improve the state of the floor

The prime location and access to all amenities is a plus.

The rooms had mold in the ceiling. The bed was too old and the springs were gone. Couldn't sleep comfortably.

Could improve

The guesthouse is very beautiful, there is a lot of vegetation and a pool. Perfect place to relax. There is a common kitchen that can be use; free coffee or tea at all time.

I am very sorry to say that because the guesthouse itself it’s beautiful and also the plants are well taken care of. But the room was dirty on arrival, the floor looked like it was not even broomed or mopped, very dirty bed sheets. The pool also could have been much cleaner.

the location is good very central

the cleanliness. I couldn’t even sleep inside the bed because it felt like the bedsheet weren’t changed from the guests before. I slept on top of the bed because I was there for a short night only so didn’t bother really.

Good location, easy walk to bars and restaurants, nice people but not quiet & a bit uncomfortable.

The staff, YaYa in particular, are excellent; friendly, helpful and responsive.

The wifi is not very good and the place advertises itself as having 'soundproofing' which is, sorry to say, a lie. The sliding doors have like 1 cm gaps and the bathroom high level windows have no glass and as such a lot of noise infiltrates the room. the beds are also not so comfortable being to soft and saggy.

Excellent value room with pool. Tucked away in a quiet location with easy access to the busier side of Ubud if you want it. Helpful friendly staff. Loads of places to eat within a few minutes walk.

Lovely family who made me feel so welcome.

Great location for what I needed in Ubud. 15 minutes to the yoga barn. Handy kitchen on site too. The room is basic however was a great price and just what I needed. The trip was really made for me by the wonderful family on site who were always so friendly and willing to help. Thank you.

Excellent value and location

The location of this guesthouse is excellent - it's close to a very busy intersection, but it's tucked away from the busyness and is very quiet. The room we stayed in was large, and very comfy.

This wouldn't affect my decision to stay here, but just a tip for future guests: there were a lot of mosquitoes around sunset, so take some mosquito repellent or a coil if you want to sit around the pool in teh early evening.

Fabulous

The room had air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. The pool is lovely and clean, the garden and the location. The banana pancakes were delicious and the stuff very polite.

We booked the standard room with no balcony or terrace so the light wasn't too good and we also found a cockroach in the bathroom, probably it came from outside and also mosquitos.
