Do not book this apartment! Avoid avoid avoid !!

Absolutely poor place ! On arrival been asked for 300€ deposit which wasn’t mentioned on booking advertisement! After long discussion with host I managed avoid to give him 300€ deposit! Place was discussing! Dirty ! Old ! Walls didn’t saw fresh paint for years ! Carpet was dirty and awful! Light switches been tapped with duck tape and unsafe to use ! Living room has some old birthday banner on walls ( back to 2016) Also photos on advertisement are fake as none of bedrooms looked like in photos ! All in general worts place I stayed in all my life ! People please avoid this place!!

When I arrived the owner took £300 and £22.50 have charge plus he said when you leave home you can clean i am never go this house no tiles roll no tover no soup i paid £289.0 post be he provided avery thank i give you all my friends and family do go this house oner is verry rudely

Very poor

There is a shipping area about a 10min walk or 2 min drive. They have a grocery store called Casino and a pastry shop called Hardy. I highly recommend the pastry shop. Everything was delicious and at a great prices.

Giving the heads up on our ETA, as requestsd by the phone call we received to having to wait over 30min for them to come after we called saying we arrived at the ETA given. the bedroom felt dirty from the sheet on the bed to the green carpet and the flimsy bed against the wall. the bathroom was not clean. The stairs were not clean having crumbs of sorts and dark spots everywhere. The birthday poster from ages ago and the dead orchid on the mantal. Being told to keep the back windows shut and not allowed in the backyard.

Not a place to come back , check the hotels and found almost on the same price.

The only thing on this proprety was the location! The living and the kitchen was ok. , but the bedrooms was in a bad state ( for me was the worst experience ) If they improve that they can offer a very nice welcoming to the guests.

We couldn’t use the garden , lacking of cleaning solution , the bedrooms was in a bad estate , we use our own towels and blankets to sleeps

Great Location. That's the only thing we like about this property.

Everything. Nothing is provided here [i.e Room freshener, hand wash, washing up liq]. When asked owner he didnt even bother to reply to our text. Very limited facilities. Lots of Restrictions from owner [Kids cant use garden/ cant use heater for more then 15 mins/ Cant use dishwasher ]. Filthy carpets, dirty bed sheets , basic linen and weird smell everywhere. Owner was keep instructing us about cleaning. In fact we felt that he's keep pushing us to clean the house which was dirty when he handover. Never met such owner who is keep singing about cleaning the house.

Filthy old place !!! Verry dirty. !!! Verry unplesant owner and very unprofessional .Even they have a lock box for keys we have to wait for him. .Next day i got a call 8 AM to ask me when i leave .Do not stay here !!!!!!!

Had a fab stay here, house very clean and warm, great location, on bus routes for disney (about 10 mins away) and val de europe (about half an hour away). Paid 300 euros deposit which we got back in full when we left. Will hopefully return one day.

The house could do with a washing machine and more wardrobes in bedrooms but appart from this everything else was great

Our stay was ok.

The location to Disney Paris was great. Parking was located right at the place we booked. The owner was nice and suggested a place to eat, which we unfortunately didn't get to go to because the timing didn't work out.

You could tell someone was staying there before we got there. It took a good 5 minutes for the owner to get the place ready while we waited outside. The bedding smelled dirty; used. One of the nightstands was dirty/sticky with what looked like residue from a cup that was previously there. There was no soap in the bathroom. Perhaps the biggest issue was the wireless internet. Sometime in the early mornings, it shut off and never came back on, like it was on a timer or something. That was disappointing.

Find a different place

The only good thing I would say about this property is that it’s at a great location. Disneyland was very close. Second the kitchen was a good size and was clean.

I was extremely disappointed with this property. For so many reasons. We were told to call 2 hours before arriving and we did. We arrived at the agreed time and the owner didn’t show up for another 30 minutes as we were all waiting outside. Going into the home, it just felt very dirty. Dark spots all over the walls, the stairs were gross and the beds were gross too. Honestly we almost went back to sleep in the van. We were told we needed to give a 300€ deposit when he arrived that we didn’t know about. Not the biggest issue, we got it back when we left but I’ve never had to do that before. Next, we had 8 people. Which the place does say it will hold. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. The fourth “bed” was just a mattress to throw on the ground. The living room didn’t have enough seating for 8 people either. There were two single couch chairs that sits one person each and then the dining room table had chairs but not comfortable for lounging around in the living room. I don’t know. I really disliked this property and the owner was pretty rude. I would definitely say to pass on this place. Not worth it.

DON'T BOOK THIS PROPERTY

Location

There is no shower, only a bath with a hand shower. We were 7 guests as per the booking request. The confirmation stated that there would be 3 double beds and one sleeper couch. The sleeper couch was a mattress on the floor. The bed linen was smelly and dirty. The towels were hand towels which were also smelly. No hand soaps were provided. The kitchen looked okay however we did not use it due to the lack of cleanliness. The worst accommodation experience I ever had. False advertising.

Convenient location but not a place I would stay for more than one night.

The owner was very helpful and we were able to communicate in English. Unfortunately the property is not very comfortable. I believe with small improvements it could make it more accommodating.

The bathroom was not very clean and it looked dated. There was just one toilet roll for 7 people Not enough blankets. The beds are not very comfortable.
