最高でした！

白馬の中でも1番の繁華街であるエコーランドの中心地で、いろいろな飲食店やバーに歩いて出かけられることがとても楽しかったです。また、施設内のバーもとても居心地が良く、美味しいお酒と、スタッフの方や他のお客様との会話を楽しむことができます。施設の責任者の方がとても親切でフレンドリーで、そのような雰囲気を積極的に作ってくださります。 1人で3泊4日のスキー旅行でしたが、全く寂しくないどころか、新しい友達ができたり普段喋らないような人と会話ができたりと、とても楽しい経験になりました。

ベッドが少々私にとっては固かったですが、部屋は静かだったので問題なく寝ることができました。

Great place to stay in Hakuba. We will be back.

The breakfast in the morning was delicious and enough to start the day. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful any time you needed it.

The beds and pillows were a bit hard for my liking.

Staff were very helpful. Yard and facility were very comfortable. Yard games available during the summer season included slack line, hammock, and frisbee. The onsen was nice and clean.

The beds were very firm. Would have liked a softer bed.

Sho san and the team were excellent, they went above and beyond to help! ! Room was big, clean and had great beds! The on site onsen was amazing after a day snowboarding.

Cosy, great value, convenient location.

Great location, close to all restaurants and short walk to bus. Large rooms, beautiful view onto trees/snow. Quiet and cosy.

Only one female shared shower.

amazing staff who helped us out with last minute ski stuff despite some language barrier she was really helpful and kind. great simple breakfast. free hot drinks. very clean room. comfy futon beds. big space. shared toilet clean. kitchen useful . near base camp and rental shops

Best value hotel in Echoland

Best location in Echo Land, just 3 minutes walk from Hakuba Base Camp, many local shuttles to different ski resorts. Many good restaurants,rental shops and a convenient store nearby. The Hardwares of the hotel are excellent, rooms are clean and tidy, and I feel so comfy and relaxed every night after snowboarding. Password room lock is a good, I don't need to bring a room key to the slope. Last but not least, the manager SHO is very nice and helpful, he speaks good English and knows all the needs of all skiers and snowboarders. He will do his best to accommodate your requests and needs.

10/10 would do again

The accomadation and staff were sensational. Super close to the buses, convenience store and numerous resturants. Sho spoke amazing english which came very helpful when stuck or in need of assistance. The onsen within the accomadation was fantastic especially after long days on the slopes.

Superb

Sho was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. We were a group of 3 Americans, with no Japanese language skills and felt taken care of at all times. I was particularly impressed by the coordination between the taxi, hotels, and mountain. The facilities were great, the happy hour was fun and we were able to enjoy at our own pace.

If you want to have a great time, then you should stay in Nomad

The place is very cozy and the staff helps with the slightest difficulty. We asked for advice on where to do SUP, and the manager organized a tour for us. It was great, thanks a lot! Breakfast was also good!

One of the best hotels / places I've stayed at in Hakuba.

Good location, nice building and facilities, very helpful and responsive staff, cool bar and lounge area, decent breakfast included, and very reasonable pricing. No complaints at all.

number ONE choice for us

Nomad hotel is right in center of Echoland. it was our requirement to be close to all these restaurants. distances are not too far to walk even to happo one. price is reasonable in comparison to other hotels. IN ADDITION they serve including a little breakfast and all day free coffee/tee. room are surprising large! they even have western beds in tatami rooms - pretty cool! besides a big living room for all the hotel provides a KITCHEN free of use for all. hot bath available as well. Sho is the manager! very helpful an friendly guy available for all our questions. we will come back in summer again ... for sure

Flexible & accomodating host! Very comfortable for families w/a great selection of Japanese whiskey!

Our host, Fukushima-san, was outstanding. Our plans changed a couple of times, and he provided all the information and flexibility we needed to make the most of our stay. Likely to return to Nomad based on his support alone. The room was large, clean and well-equipped with a small refrigerator and humidifier. The drying room is spacious and warm -- does the job. The small onsen room was very nice with a great soaking tub. Breakfast was delicious. And the place sports a great selection of top shelf Japanese whiskies.

Very little, the place is comfortable and 'as advertised.'
