Fue una estadía placentera

La propiedad esta a minutos de paradas de autobús que te permiten moverte por toda la ciudad de Madrid, el metro esta a unos 10 minutos caminando, el espacio esta bien para 3 personas, contaban incluso con lavadora e incluso regalan jabón de lavar lo cual fue un plus.

Las paredes son muy finas y puedes escuchar a tus vecinos de arriba o abajo haciendo ruido a cualquier hora, las cerraduras de las puertas del cuarto principal y baño no funcionan, los cuartos no tienen aire acondicionado y puede llegar a ser muy caluroso en el segundo cuarto.

Localização , limpeza , cama e sofá-cama confortáveis.

Travesseiro fino demais , a tampa do vaso sanitário estava de alguma forma solta , senti falta de guardanapos ou papel toalha.

Buena ubicación, mala experiencia.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado si lo que quieres es una zona tranquila para pasear y hacer compras. No tiene nada que ver con el bullicio del centro.

A la llegada el apartamento no estaba listo por tanto limpiaron a toda prisa para entregarnoslo cuanto antes. Evidentemente no estaba en perfecto estado. Además, durante toda la estancia sufrimos los ruidos de las obra del apartamento contiguo desde las 8, 30 de la mañana.

Joli appartement bien équipé

L'appartement est très joli, très confortable, bien équipé, on s'y sent rapidement à la maison et situé dans un quartier calme. Notez que la seconde chambre ne possède pas de vraie fenetre, elle donne sur une cour. Le balcon est très agréable, je reviendrai très certaienment dans ce logement.

La procédure d'accueil, diffile car la personne ne parle qu'espagnol ! Une boite à clef serait bien plus simple.

GLORIA, LA PESADILLA DE TU ESTANCIA.

Ubicado en uno de los barrios más lindos de Madrid, pleno de negocios de alta categoría, buenos restaurantes y cafés, variedad de super, de los más funcionales a los más exquisitos es un departamento adecuado y bastante funcional donde todo lo que hay, funciona bastante bien. Buena calefacción y agua caliente, colchones y somier cómodos con los malditos futons de IKEA si eres de los que aprecia unas lindas sábanas y frazadas y acolchados que apilas a tu gusto.

Algunos artículos serán como viajar en el tiempo, y encontrarás una de esas viejas tostadoras donde sólo entra el pan de molde cortado finito, o uno de esos primeros televisores planos, que ya tenían control remoto y podías ver canales de televisión precisamente y sólo eso. Creo que nadie va a Madrid a ver streaming o apps de internet, pero por las dudas llévate algo con pantalla grande o un móvil o un IPad al menos Muy bueno el baño, aunque la mesada donde apoyan los lavatorios (lavabos 2) ya muestra signos de corrosión y ten cuidado al entrar en la bañera, no hay de donde tomarse y puede ser resbaladiza. Ahora, si son 3, alguien va a molestar o a sentirse molesto porque el baño está en suite del dormitorio principal … Último comentario: por el precio puedes creer que te tomaron por un Príncipe árabe que odia los hoteles. No te confundas, serás tratado como un inmigrante ilegal sospechado y sospechoso. Dios te ayude a soportar a la anfitriona GLORIA, persona desagradable al extremo. Estuve 18 dias el departamento y recibí en varias oportunidades contestaciones muy desubicadas, agresivas y poco alineadas con la premisa de satisfacción al cliente. Solo le importó que no llegamos nunca acordar el pago de la fianza, ya que su horario es de 15 a 19 y esperaba que yo, estando de vacaciones, me adaptara a eso. Me dejó muy claro por WhatApps que clientes como yo no le importaban, 18 dias de alquiler mas de 3500 euros pagados en tiempo y forma. Es muy, pero muy raro que una empleada trate asi a los clientes ! ¡Buena suerte si decidís alquilar ahi!

Te cobran por l limpieza pero además en las normas del piso te obligan a sacar la basura bajo multa de 50 euros. Un abuso.

Experiencia desagradable

La zona de la ciudad era muy tranquila (Aunque alejado del centro). Y la limpieza muy bien

La persona encargada de recibirnos (Gloria) muy maleducada y desagradable, de cara al público no puede tener tal recibimiento. Adicionalmente, dejar una fianza de 300 euros para posibles daños me parece excesivo. Y era un zulo con ventanas que daban solo al interior y con poca ventilación. No se asemejan las fotos a la realidad ni por asomo.

Lindo departamento pero con ruidos de vecinos

La ubicación y estaba muy limpio

Se escuchaba el ronquido del vecino y así hijo jugando golpeando las paredes de mi habitación. Avise , pero me dijeron que son propietarios y parece que no le pueden decir nada. Se escuchan todos los ruidos de los departamentos. Yo fui por trabajo y no pude dormir bien

Superb

The apartment was in an excellent lication. Only 15 to 20 minute walk to Madrid city centre. Local supermarket and restuarants within a 5 minute walk. There is also a large museum that is free admission, just 10 minute walk. You have almost everything on your doorstep and taxi's are extremeley cheap. The hostess was so nice and always answered if I had a question. Madrid is a fabulous city and if I only ever got to stay just the once, at least I can say we did and that Montaber apartments are the one's to book for a fabulous holiday 😊

The only thing we didn't like was the Spanish heat. It was unbelievabley hot especially at night time. The apartment has air conditioning but it can still get very uncomfortable and sweaty when you are trying to sleep. Now keep in mind, we went in the middle of August when the temp was in the high 30s to high 40s

Needs refreshing

The location is great and the facilities suited our needs.

The kitchen utensils were dirty and a poor selection, the knives were damaged meaning it was very difficult to be self catering as intended. The house rules stated you should clean the kitchen utensils before you check out but it would seem the cleaners never actually check this as there was still bits of food on them from previous guest. Not very pleasant. We also had very selfish neighbours who were very loud for 3/4 nights of our stay right up to 6am which really ruined it for us. The property really is in need of a deep clean, skirting boards and other surfaces were very dusty and unclean, the shower didn’t drain well as the plug was full of hair and grim. Overall a great location and facility that simply needs a good clean and refresh.

I am very disappointed. For such a lot of money, you can get much better quality. Very dirty dishes and appliances. We paid 85 euros for cleaning. But as you can see, the oven was very dirty, exhausted. The floor was very dirty, I don't understand why we paid so much money. The staff does not speak English normally and is very aggressive. I don't recommend it to anyone. While we were not at home, they tried to enter the apartment to check the gas. I will never return to such apartments.

Not the same aparment as photos show.

Very good location, nice bed and clean apartment.

Wasn't the same apartment as photos. They said that the aparment on the photos would cost more. Kitchen and toilet much smaller and aparment wasn't the same standard as photos show.
