Estancia agradable pero con sorpresas

La ubicación está muy bien y su balcón es amplio y queda resguardado. Incluye el apartamento una habitcaculo para la lavadora y zona de colada, que queda insonorizado del resto de la vivienda. Cuenta con todo los utensilios de cocina, y la sartén estaba muy correcta, para mi el el barometro de limpieza de un piso. Horno, frigorifico, micro, vitro, estaba muy limpio. Baños limpios y caldera de agua caliente perfecta. Las duchas eran muy agradables.

Cuando contraté este alojamiento se indicaba que la hora de entrada era de 14,30 a 15. Llegamos a las 14,30 y el apartamento no estaba limpiado del anterior inquilino. El anfitrión nos indicó de "irnos a comer y darnos una vuelta" hasta limpiarlo. Veníamos con todas las maletas y un niño y nos incomodo. Además nos comentó que la salida era creo a las 11.....poca flexibilidad ví, para lo que tarde que iban a limpiarlo luego. Asi mismo, avise que la cocina tenía fundida una lampara principal y la verdad pasamos una semana con muy poca luz para cocinar y al irnos nos dijo la anfitriona que detras del frigorifico tenía el interruptor tapado. Y que atendía siempre el telefono, cuando deje claro este aviso en el whastapp desde el primer día. Tuvimos una incidencia con la alarma de la casa, nos tenían que haber avisado, tocamos sin querer un botón buscando el interruptot de esa luz de la cocina y devimos de activarla. Se preparó una buena al abrir la puerta de casa!!!! la anfitriona lo soluciono, pero casi nos rompe los timpanos la alarma. Por último comentar unos molestos bichos que el primer día infestaron la mesilla de noche y luego estaban por toda la casa, una especie de hormiguitas o termitas muy pequeñas, que resultaban molestas.

Overall was very nice stay.

Location was excellent, very close to the beach. Beds were very comfortable.

Be prepared that you will have to buy your own extra bags for rubbish bin in the kitchen and bathroom. Extra toilet papers as it was only one role. Washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, shower gel and other things.

Very good

This apartment was in a great location close to the centre of Playa Blanca. It was large and contained everything we could have needed. The bed was very comfy for us too.

We could hear our neighbours quite loudly on one night, but otherwise it was very quiet.

Sometimes can be noisy because of neighbour's living above the apartment
