You get what you pay for.

Beautiful island. Dramatic scenery. Breathtaking beaches. Wonderful little villages.

Transfer from Figari is 1 hour 40 minutes and 1 hour 15 minutes from Ajacciou. This property is very difficult to find being in a very rural area.The map and directions are not correct. The phone number given on the booking information is not recognised. We found the property by chance after phoning booking.com and walking through someone's back garden. It is not suitable for anyone who finds it difficult to walk. There is no disabled access. It not suitable for young families due to the arrangement of the terrace and steps. There was dog and cat faeces everywhere outside. The property is a converted house with the downstairs being used for holiday lets. The upstairs is home to somebody with a large dog which barks. A car is essential for staying at this property as it is at least 20 minutes drive to Porto Pollo (nearest beach and small supermarket) The roads are incredibly narrow and windy across the whole area. Facilities in the property are ok but well used and outdated (gas oven!). There is no working air con. no kettle. This property was fairly inexpensive compared to other properties in Corsica and so you get what you pay for. We were not met by anyone on arrival and nobody checked in with us during our stay.
