Cómodo y bien puesto. No conozco el resto de la oferta, quizás en precio calidad es un poco caro.

Muito boa, com certeza voltaria

Colaboradores receptivos e simpáticos, quarto muito confortável e limpeza impecável. Parte externa maravilhosa com piscina e lugar para fazer marshmallow na fogueira.

A internet e a localização não era das melhores, mas não nos atrapalhou. Com certeza iria novamente

Bueno, pero con muchas fallas

La cama y el sofá eran cómodos. Estuvo bueno que haya aire acondicionado en la planta baja y en el primer piso del apart.

En principio y lo más feo, fue el desayuno: tuve que reclamar las mantecas porque habían vencido el 10 de agosto del 2023, es decir, hace un mes, y no tenían más manteca. Por ende, esa semana no hubo más manteca y, a partir de ahí, dudé de todo el mantenimiento que le dan a los alimentos. Y, una lástima, que simplemente me dijeron que no había más. No pidieron disculpas, no le deben haber avisado a los superiores ni nada. Segundo, también en referencia al desayuno, no mantienen en frío los yogures y leches, por lo tanto, se van calentando y se cortan. Pero, lo más feo de las botellas de yogurt y leche es que no las lavan. Las abría para ver si estaban medianamente tomables y las tapas de las botellas de vidrio estaban todas sucias emanando un olor sumamente asqueroso y obvio, al probar el yogurt, el sabor era horrible también sumado a que estaba tibio. La tostadora del desayuno no funcionan las dos palancas bien, una no gira para regular al tostar. Matamos una cucaracha bastante grande en el sector del desayuno. No me gustó que las puertas corredizas del balcón del apart se salían constantemente del riel y era difícil andar abriendo y cerrando. Estaría bueno que coloquen una televisión en el primer piso también, dónde está la cama matrimonial. Si uno está cansado, se ve obligado a tener que ver la tele en la planta baja y en el sofá, cuando también estaría bueno poder verla en la cama más relajado. Tendrían que cambiar el perfume del baño, tenían uno de vainilla y coco que la verdad el olor que dejaba en el baño era bastante feo y raro. Tienen que asegurar un poco mejor las sillas ya que las tuercas estaban bastante flojas, tanto las sillas del apart como las del lugar de desayuno. En el apart te brindan muy poco utensilios de cocina. Solo te dan una olla, un colador y un par de platos y cubiertos. Si bien tiene el horno eléctrico, estaría bueno que abastescan un poco más como con una sartén, por ejemplo.

Goede locatie voor een kort verblijf.

Mogelijkheden om lekker te relaxen bij het zwembad, verschillende andere zitjes.

Het hotel is gelegen in een weinig florissante buurt, met weinig restaurants en/of andere voorzieningen. Er is vaak geen personeel aanwezig in de snackbar, bestellen is daarom lastig.

Exceptional

The staff were extremely helpful as a go-between to help us book a tour with a local agency. They went above and beyond to assist us. The facilities were VERY clean and tidy. The breakfast was good, with fresh pastries, meat, and fruit. All the staff were amenable and friendly.

It is located in a neighborhood with a fair bit of traffic during the day. At night, it was quiet, but could be noisy during the day.

Perfect place to rest your head before venturing out to see the spectacular Iguazu Falls.

We were in Puerto Iguazu for just one night, and this hotel certainly met our expectations. There was an exceptionally clean pool, which we were not able to use during our short stay, but it looked inviting. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was most helpful, ordering cars and recommending activities. The property is secure and a short taxi ride to the town center and Iguazu Falls.

Would have been nice to be able to walk to central plaza, but other than that, this was a great hotel.

Nice property with a wonderful staff. Great pool and good wifi.

Room itself was on the older side, but was spacious. Free breakfast was delicious, and we also ate dinner here one night and the pizza and milanesa were both great, and prices decent. Pool area was beautiful and we made good use of it. Reception and bar staff were super helpful in every way.

Rooms could use a little updating. Wasn't as close to the center of town as I'd hoped.

Good enough for a couple of days

The staff were cordial, the facilities were clean.

The rooms lacked privacy as you could hear the rooms that were next to us, it seemed like the construction did not provide adequate walls in that sense. If you’re looking to rest, it’s going to be a challenge.

Awesome place!!!

This place is great. The staff at the front desk, Maxi and Paola, are the best! Professional and so helpful! We didn't have a car and were a large group (occupying 3 rooms), and they helped us arrange cabs, gave us directions and tips, and helped with anything we needed for our young children or ourselves. The front desk staff were exceptional and make this a top place to stay. Also, the cleanliness of the place and the convenience of the pool and breakfast were great. We ordered take out a few times and ate in the back area by the pool. There is also a mini-market about 3 blocks away, and we stocked up on food and snacks there.

The grounds aren't huge, but most hotels in Iguazu are like this. They are very pretty and nicely taken care of though.

Exceptional

Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff at front desk, could not have done more - very, very professional. Very clean accommodation, everything one would need for a short stay at Iguazú.

Too much sweet stuff for breakfast but for the price it was satisfactory.
