Gute Lage, da Einkaufszentrum direkt neben Haus, schöne Terrasse mit tollen Blick.

Alte Dusche, die wirklich nach Erneuerung schreit. Die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen bitte waschen oder tauschen, da stinkt nach alter Schweiss, sogar das Schlafzimmer davon stinkt übel. Die Bettlaken bitte nicht so für die Gäste mehr benutzen, da wie ein Peeling wegen Fusseln. Zahnbecher( Einmachglas )bitte oder waschen oder weg stellen, bitte nicht mit Reste von angeklebte Zahnpasta von keine Ahnung welcher Zeiten

would absolutely come again and have zero regrets! Highly recommended!

+ very spacious and beautiful terrace with a very beautiful sea view I loved every single day (sea view only from the right side of the terrace!! not from the front! You can see the sea also inside the apartment!) + modern apartment with modern furnitures, modern kitchen, modern microwave, fridge etc. + loved the included Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker that makes you fresh coffee within seconds every morning to enjoy it with a sea view + huge TV with Netflix! If you have an account you can watch your favorite series before going to sleep + there's a huge Mercadona supermarket downstairs open until 21:30 every day (except sunday) with amazing spanish products you can cook at the apartment. Since it's literally one minute to reach, it's basically an external fridge for you. + the apartment is very central in Icod de los Vinos, only 4 min. to the central bus station and 5 min to the main attraction of the town, the Dragon tree. + towels were provided and a hairdryer, also basic kitchen stuff like frying pans, cutting board, plates, cutlery etc. and oil and salt + the owner replies very fast if you have a problem or question and is generally very helpful + great bargain! service/price ratio is excellent! It's a great deal!

- I had a problem finding the apartment, because if you insert the address on Google maps then Google sends you to the wrong place. The owner can't be blamed for Google's mistake but should consider to give exact directions prior to arrival to avoid this problem. - I had to buy lot's of stuff which could have been there / provided already like sugar and coffee capsules for the Nescafé coffee maker (they are quite expensive). I left a lot of stuff after my check-out and I hope the owner will leave it there for the next clients (especially the coffee) - you can clearly hear the neighbors at night in the bedroom. Walls are thin. I didn't have problems sleeping with that but be aware that it could be a problem at least until midnight or 00:30 - there's a machine on the rooftop (likely for the aircons?) that starts to make loud and annoying sounds a few times per day which can affect your experience on the terrace (can't be heard inside once the door is closed) - be aware that a huge terrace doesn't guarantee you the sun. Google is your friend.

Good flat to use as a base to explore the island and the town

It is a nice small flat, located close to the center of town, close to The Drago and the Mariposario. There is a shopping mall just under the building , with super market and few other useful shops. The terrace of the flat is very big and nice, it could have been cleaner though. The flat has an easy access to the main road that connects all of north Tenerife and its 5 minutes drive to Playa San Marcos.

Quite a few of the facilities in the flat were out of order and the cleanliness left to desire. Communication with the host was not very smooth as I had to write to them few times before I got instructions of how to access the apartment. There is a aircon compressor on the top of the flat and the noise is maddening if you are to spend time inside or even on the terrace, not the flat's owners fault of course, but something to mentioned. However, If you will be out and about exploring the island probably not that bad.

Absolutely fantastic

Our flight was delayed so collecting the keys from the lockbox was a godsend! The place is just perfect for a couple, the terrace is gorgeous, Mercadona just downstairs which is super useful. Love the location in Icod, so handy to reach so many places, easy to park car. Wifi worked well, fab large smart TV.

Would be great if there were a few more things in the apartment, eg blankets to sit out on terrace in the evening, some more kitchen utensils.

Exceptional

I usually stayed on the south side of Tenerife but after this stay in Icod de los Vinos my family and I fell in love with the north. the apartment has everything you need, Mercadona and the coffee shop are in the same building, restaurants, shops or SuperDino practically around the corner. at night on the terrace the view of the stars is breathtaking

excellent penthouse flat in Icod, highly recommended

excellent PH flat with large terrace and sea views over the coastline great wifi nice coffee maker well equipped kitchen very close to 2 supermarkets and a cafe that serves breakfast easy street parking close to bldg entrance

there should be shower gel in the bathroom should be sugar in the kitchen for the coffee

Superb

The roof terrace is amazing. Comfortable bed and couch, tastefully furnished. Large supermarket next door sells great prepared food you can easily put in the microwave too.

Fantastic stay, high speed internet, lovely charming northern part of Tenerife

great location, great apartment, lots of space on the terrace and the WiFi had upload download speeds of 90mbits minimum. Lot's of local bars and restaurants near by and the views were spectacular. The host was very friendly as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a true taste of the North of Tenerife!

Amazing penthouse!!!

It’s the most beautiful apartment I’ve ever been in!!! Perfect location, the sea view is amazing! There is a big supermarket near the apartment, and El Drago tree is near! I hope next year we can visit Tenerife and stay there again!!!
