The apartment is quite suitable for a family of four.

The bedroom was very nice and orderly, the bathroom was good and clean, the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen ware, and there was an expresso machine stocked with good coffee. The apartment's location was also excellent, the bus stop was 1 min away from the apartment, and there is a giant supermarket right outside the property.

My biggest complaint was the sofa bed in the living room, which wasn't comfortable. I would suggest to the owner to get a new sofa, as it would massively improve the comfortnes of guests

ottimo soggiorno, appartamento grande e vivibile in zona tranquilla, tornerò

appartamento ampio e luminoso, ben riscaldato, dotato di tutti i confort, divano letto ampio e robusto e comodo, ottima la pulizia. gradita la colazione self service. vicino a centri commerciale e market. posteggio libero. a meno di dieci minuti di auto dal parcheggio per il centro. proprietari gentili e disponibili.

PESSIMO GESTORE DELL'APPARTAMENTO - TERRIBLE ACCOMMODATION MANAGER

PESSIMO IL GESTORE DELL'ALLOGGIO, purtroppo devo rilasciare un commento assolutamente NEGATIVO sul gestore della struttura, in quanto in una situazione di emergenza per maltempo, ALLERTA ARANCIONE, si è rifiutato categoricamente di modificare le giornate del soggiorno, ha ricevuto il pagamento anticipato e NON ha voluto preoccuparsi minimamente della situazione di emergenza. COMPLIMENTI veramente. Meglio monetizzare subito un pagamento anticipato che pensare alla salute e alla gratificazione delle persone. Bravo! TERRIBLE ACCOMMODATION MANAGER, unfortunately I have to make an absolutely NEGATIVE comment about the facility manager, because in an emergency situation due to bad weather, ORANGE ALERT, he categorically refused to change the days of the stay, received the advance payment and did NOT want to worry at all about the emergency situation. CONGRATULATIONS indeed. Better to immediately cash in on an advance payment than to think about people's health and gratification. Bravo!

Buon appoggio a Bologna, ma la colazione del b&b?

Buon appartamento, grande abbastanza anche per 3/4 persone, dotato di tutto. Vicino al Esselunga e a pochi passi dalla fermata autobus, sia cittadini che 944 (aeroporto). Probabilmente ci tornerei. Letto comodo.

Continuo a ribadire che i b&b nascono con il Bed e Breakfast, qui c'è solo il Bed e qualche caffè e 2 poveri cornetti imbustati. Per la cifra spesa si può fare di più. I cuscini, a mio gusto, sono scomodi. Da migliorare le indicazioni per come raggiungere l'appartamento, nel citofono non esiste il b&b. Le tasse di soggiorno è meglio inserirle nel prezzo, può capitare di dimenticarsene, come ho fatto io.

Super apartament w Bolonii

Mieszkanie jest duże i ma wszystko czego potrzeba do pobytu. Jest kawa, herbata, cukier, woda, żelazko, ręczniki, pralka, ogromny taras z suszarką. W pobliżu jest bardzo duży sklep oraz przystanki autobusowe. W 20 minut można się dostać do centrum miasta, do dworca Bologna Centrale też są bezpośrednie autobusy - jadą około pół godziny. Jak ktoś przyjedzie samochodem, to też ma go gdzie zaparkować. Gorąco polecam ten apartament.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή!

Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι ο καλύτερος που συναντήσαμε σε ολη την Ιταλία. Το σπιτι εξαιρετικό, πεντακαθαρο και είχε όλα οσα χρειαστήκαμε. Ευχαριστούμε Manolo!

Τοποθεσία 40 λεπτά απο το κεντρο με τα πόδια. Παρολαυτά η περιοχή είχε πολλές θέσεις δωρεάν παρκινγκ και η Bologna είναι πολυ ευκολη πόλη για οδήγηση με το αυτοκινητο.

Very nice, fully equipped modern apartment. Helpful check-in instructions from the host and easy key pickup. Free parking and 2 minutes walk from a large supermarket.

High rise building in a residential neighborhood far from the city center.

Exceptional

The accommodation's prime location near grocery stores and the airport provided excellent convenience. The presence of various home appliances significantly improved the overall living experience.

There was a major safety concern due to an exposed wire on the iron, and the absence of a microwave oven was an inconvenience during my stay.

Really nice experience

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa di Manolo. The location is very good, you can take the bus to the city center or you can even just walk there. You have a big supermarket in front of the building which is really useful. The apartment is really big and nicely looking. We had comfy beds, big balcony, coffee for the morning. The host is really nice, communicated at all times and helped us check in a bit earlier. Thank you!
