Comfortable, enjoyable stay.
Location is excellent, just try to get there in the daytime on your arrival, it is initially difficult to locate in the dark. Property is well equipped for cooking. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels that are available for use. Very comfortable property. Pool and BBQ area are very nice and close by.
Pay attention to keeping your counters clean - ants come marching in if you leave anything sweet out in the open. We just bought some cleaner and stayed on top of it.

The weather was great but I will NEVER use Vacasa again!Leave me alone!
There should have been Staff to meet us and suggest t places to go.we had no one but someone who called and expected me to use my phone to check out places instead of being there to greet us! The bathrooms were old and awful. The owners had so much crazy in the downstairs bedroom closet we could barely hang anything up. Same was true at Kaanapali Shores on Maui with lost space

Relaxing, Comfortable and Clean!
We just loved our stay. The place was clean, and I mean, really clean. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts, lunches, etc. We had the most gorgeous setting for our breakfasts on the back patio, looking out on the yard, and golf course beyond (see photo). I ate my breakfast to the view of Hawaiian sunrise each morning. SPECTACULAR. At night, I would go out and look at the stars from the yard. I could even see the Milky Way. There's a reason observatories are in Hawaii, you can see so much at night! We were close to the pool, and we did play tennis once! There are tennis items in the closet. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkeling gear. We didn't want to leave. This is probably one of the best units in the complex. In fact, if they ever sell, they should call us, I think my husband would want to buy that place. We had a parking spot, and we had a rental car. It is a necessity here to have a car. There are several great beaches within 10-15 minutes (Hapuna, Mauna Kea, Makalowena), and other activities are a bit farther. We drove to Kailua (40 Min) for a snorkeling trip, a Manta Ray trip, and then another 30 minutes north for Lapakhai State Historical Park. We didn't go to the beaches within walking distance, however.
I think Vacasa is responsive, however, I received a bunch of emails, and they were unwieldy. We didn't have handy the passcode to the gate on arrival, and had to call them. A more succinct email with just the necessary info to get there, get in would be appreciated. They want you to have their app, which I didn't get ahead of time probably would have helped, but considering the abundance of emails I received, wouldn't be necessary for arrival had they just sent one brief informative email without all the lengthy stuff I didn't need.

Exceptional
Loved the amenities and how close it was to beaches, etc. The house was extremely well equipped with everything we could have asked for or needed.
The hot tub had obviously been freshly chlorinated when we arrived so when we turned on the bubbles, the chlorine gases were very, very strong. Burning eyes and noses - we trued off the bubbles and the smell went away pretty quickly. Was fine the next couple of evenings.
