Le village de Giverny est à découvrir absolument.

La proximité de la partie ancienne du village et de la maison et du jardin de Monet permettent de se déplacer à pied.

Le bruit de la circulation dès 5h. du matin est un peu gênant.

Keys were left in the door (not happy about that from a safety perspective), and it took me a while to figure out how to lock the door (had to rotate the handle up to make the key work, which was not explained.

Can only recommend

Amazing communication with Valérie and her husband. They were both super helpful and friendly. We ask for an iron, it was brought to us within an hour.

Be mindful that there are 2 flats, one above the other. We stayed on the ground floor. I believe photos are not of the one we stayed in. Everything went well, we liked it, the description was accurate etc, but we were a bit surprised at first.

Great position for Monet's garden ( 5 mins away). Nice well presented 2 bed apartment. Great modern bathroom/shower

Very cold when we arrived, no suitable heating available. Parking is a bit tight! Only one Lou not in the on-suite.

Excellent location to visit Giverny

Excellent taste, ample rooms. Valerie is a great host. she was waiting for us at the property even though we changed our atril time several times. Thank you!

reasonable. served a purpose. one night stay in the summer fine

It was handy for money garden and house and reasonably priced

Wierdly, the ensuite bathroom didn’t have a toilet for some reason and the toilet was situated in the laundry room which had a tiny basin. It just wasn’t very convenient as we were two friends staying in delegate bedrooms. It was a little bit dark & damp smelling I’m afraid. probably better to visit in the summer No milk or anything left for us. there’s no shop in the village so we couldn’t really make a decent cup of tea it was all ok though. we were only there a night

Great place to stay to visit Monet’s Garden and to enjoy Giverny. Good places to eat very nearby.

The property was ideal for our needs and we loved being just that little bit away from the crowded centre of Giverny. The village itself and the churchyard are well worth visiting and don't miss the bakery near the church. It is open early, even on a Sunday.

Superb

Nice, romantic place, well-equipped. The host was very polite and helpful and speaks English. We arrived late and she advice to go to a restaurant next door - nice Micheline restaurant. It is a small village and everything is 5min way - Monet house and gardens and the Museum of expressionists. Nice galeries, cafes and restaurants, romantic and full of colour!

The busy road kept us awake. The lack of places to eat in the evening; no shop to buy essentials.

Charming

Quaint with amenities! We stayed in the upstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath (1 toilet) apartment. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Easy access to Monet’s house and garden. Just off the main road to Giverny, parking is behind the building. Valerie was very gracious. Answered email quickly and was onsite to give us the keys when we arrived. She even arranged champagne for my birthday at my husband’s request! We had a lovely stay.

A charming apartment in the heart of Giverny!

It was a delightful apartment, with lovely decor and in a old stone house.....just down the street from the Monet house and gardens. We stayed 2 nights and loved the place. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were even basic condiments like olive oil and vinegar. It has been completely renovated inside with great furniture and art works. The host, Valerie, was charming and very helpful with information on the house and the area. We will highly recommend this apartment! The price for this 2 bedroom apartment was good value for money.

Appartement is very nicely decorated and spacious.

We came by train then the navette and we have to drag our luggages for a good 10 to 20 mins walk on a stoney pavement till the house.o

Very comfortable and within easy walking distance of Monet's house and garden.

I liked the decor and the spaciousness of the apartment. The bed was very comfortable.

My second night was noisy because of the upstairs appartment had guests staying who sounded like elephants!!

Excellent location, smartly decorated and lovely and clean with comfy beds.

Very easy walking distance to Giverny gardens, everything was clean and tidy and looked as if recently decorated / updated nice modern bathroom and kitchen

slightly bothered by car headlights at night in bedroom so could have better light stop blinds - but very little traffic. An extra armchair would be nice too - rather than having to sit on dining chair - but really everything was fine.
