Disappointing

The location is absolutely phenomenal and refreshing. Stunning views and safe parking.

The unit wasn't fully clean. It did not have a fresh smell. The main bedroom bathroom was dirty with black sort of particles everytime you flushed. The both bathrooms are in serious need of revamping. The shower floor is terrible with grime all on the floor. The couches in the lounge are in need of a clean and fresher look, it looks worn out. The ventilation in the unit is pretty poor and is in need of an aircon. The main bedroom fan hardly does anything. We had tried to put it onto the fastest mode but nothing.

Location great with an awesome view and security was good

All crockary in a poor condition and no matching sets - even bought new cups dew to chipped existing ones Linen was warn out - no dishwasher liquid - no towels beach or bath No cleaning service offered - even a additional paid service No airconditioning - For R3500 a day "self caterring" i would have thought it would be included Vlaue for money - definatley not ,this was below my standard and expectations

I was happy and comfortable in this facility

The facility did not have a pool, which would have been nice, but is not an issue overall as the beach is right on your doorstep. I will stay there again as it is central with great access to the beach.

Bad

The lady who assisted us Debbie was the only thing positive about the place. The place is also close to the beach which was convenient.

We were a group of 6 ladies. It was around 21:00 when the person who identified himself as the owner budged in while we were half naked accusing us of making noise. He didn't even bother greeting us, but just went on with the accusations that the person next to us who is the "body corporate" complained about us. He was therefore giving us a last warning, otherwise he's going to kick us out. This happened on the first night of our stay. Before the said incident, the guy next to us came at around 18:30 asking us to tone down the noise. The so called "owner" further alluded that we will be closely monitored. This incident literally ruined our night to an extended that we were even scared of sleeping without locking the bedroom doors of which only the main bedroom had the keys. Furthermore, the couches were filthy, their dishes, glasses and cutlery are disgustingly filthy. We had to soak the dirt out with the little dishwasher that was provided. They iron is faulty, there was a bedroom with a linen that was not clean. Lastly, as per the advert there's no gas weber and a swimming pool.
