A poorly designed apartment with costs being cut on bed clothes.

The location is good near St Omer town centre. There is plenty of private off street parking. It was appreciated that there was some coffee available and a small cake. The wifi was easy to get into. The property was quiet. The living area was quite spacious and well equipped.

The bedroom was far too small for the bed with less than a foot of space between the edge of the and the wall. Getting out of bed on one side was further hampered by the sloping ceiling. The bottom sheet was made of a cheap and nasty materiel and had the feeling of sandpaper. There were only two small pillows for the double bed. Use had to be made of cushions in order to get some sleep. Access to the apartment is up two flights of narrow steep stairs, making lugging luggage up a job for the young and fit. The shower did work once the complexity of the taps had been worked out, although the rainfall head seemed partially blocked and the other could not be fixed in a consistent place.

A pleasant stay which fulfilled our expectations for the price.

Out of town centre and quiet. Clean and convenient for what we wanted to see in the area.

Very enjoyable

A good sized bright and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication between us and the apartment management was excellent. There was good off road parking and an easy walk to the central square and fantastic public gardens.

The only down side for us was there wasn't a toilet on the same floor as the bedrooms, the apartment is set over two floors with the kitchen living room and bathroom with separate toilet on one floor with two bedrooms up a quite steep staircase on the floor above so with two adults and four children there was a fair amount of up and down the stairs at night.

Recommended apartment in Saint Omer

Great communication with the owner. Free parking .Up two flights of steep stairs to the apartment. Spacious, well equipped apartment. Location was good, short walk to the centre of town where there were numerous bars and restaurants

Residents above could be heard arriving home at 1.45am and when they showered early next day there was a loud buzzing throughout the apartment. No big deal but should be mentioned.

An excellent base

A comfortable bed Sufficient equipment to cook and eat. Although the premises are compact it is fine for a short break. The off street parking is a big plus

The lock box for the keys is very fiddly. It was not easy to unlock. I would have liked to have met the host/owner of the property at some point - it felt very anonymous. Instructions for the microwave and the stove top would be useful, if there were any we could not find them These are observations, not complaints

Very good

The apartment was close to the centre of St Omer. An easy walk into town. Bright and clean. We enjoyed the outside seating area.

We needed more saucepans for cooking and an oven would have been helpful.

Amazing start to our trip!

the room was very clean and well maintained, off street parking was a big plus! Aude messaged very clear instructions for how to access the room, it was an absolute pleasure!
