Very good

Frank was so welcoming and it was a great introduction to Mexico! The room is nice and so was having use of the kitchen.

It was easy to get to Cancun centre and hotel zone but just takes a bit of time

Very far from touristic places - at least 30 mins driving

Very clean

It's located TOO far from the downtown. At least 30 minutes driving to Parque Palapas, and almost 1 hour driving to ferry Isla Mujeres. The system to unlock the doors doesn't work well and we stayed out of the bedroom 1 hour at midnight because it didnt work. The host took time to reply and he had to install apps in our mobile to try to solve this.

Comfortable and affordable

Makes you feel like home. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They just got a new place 5min away from here with a pool and kids area, so they were very kind and gave us an upgrade to be even more comfortable!

We loved the relaxation and the pool; the local restaurants provided great food and services.

We had an excellent experience at Franks Place! Exceeded our expectations. It was clean, secure, and friendly. The pool was great, and the security was tranquil. The AC was perfect.

Traveling daily to our dentist in downtown Cancun was a long distance.

Feels like...Home to me 🍹

Not 1 complaint ...the stay highly exceeded my expectations... it was warm and welcoming...clean safe and convient to everything I needed...walking distance to local grocery store and convients store ...bus line...going to beach and shopping centers...

That I had to leave...🤗

Frank is a super helpful person. He did help me to get to his location and back to the bus hub.

The location is a bit far away from the city centre. The house could have been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom.

I just stayed one night and it was perfect. Everything easy and everyone was nice. This house is close to the main street where you find shops, lots of taxis and buses.

really comfy beds, good for airport and great hosts.

frank is a fantastic host. he was so helpful via WhatsApp even before we arrived and helped us with info on the bus and booked us a taxi also. the beds and pillows were divine! so so comfy. bathroom was huge with shower gel included and hot water. ideal place to stay if going to airport at only 400p.

we couldn’t get the tv/Netflix to work in the upstairs bedroom

Frank and his hostel were awesome!

Frank was very knowledgeable. With a great command of the English language. He was able to provide a great deal of information about what's going on near his property.The room was cozy and well-appointed.

The property is a bit far away from Cancun proper. You have to take the R2 bus to the end of the line. There are two grocery stores very conveniently located, but very few restaurants.

Superb

The host is very nice and you can ask anything (fluent English). The place was really clean, beds were very comfortable, AC and fan worked perfectly. I loved the small details in decoration.

Of course it's far from centre and hotel zone, but the R-2 bus goes very often. It gets busy during the weekend.

Dependable Frank:)

Frank's always ready to help albeit remotely at this time, easily reached by WhatsApp. I like that neighborhood is away from the hotel zone where prices are inflated, it is where the locals live (real Cancun in my opinion). Easily accessible through the red bus Ruta 2 (Villas del Mar 3).

Might require good Spanish to navigate with the colectivos (shared ride in a van) which may appear to veer away from the address depending on where the passengers would like to get off. R15c colectivo passes by ADO terminal.

My friendnand I really enjoyed our visit at Frank's House. Our bedroom was comfy and clean and we had a bathroom for our own use. We could also prepare food in the kitchen and have some fresh water which was a big plus. The house is a little bit far from the city center, but next to it there are buses for just 10 pesos so you can easily go there. But the best thing there is the host! Frank is truly friendly and helpful, he answered any of our questions or requests immediately.

Excellent host!

Frank’s are excellent hosts. They received us with a few things in the room, made us feel like we were home. Frank also gave us a lot of tips of what do to, best places to go, how to get there, etc.

Great value, very friendly and accommodating

We came in late from the airport, but Frank was able to accommodate us and it was very convenient. Place is quite nice, with all the right touches. Felt cozy and relaxing.

What a great place.

This is a local part of town. Quiet no tourists. A bit out of the center. Easy to take the local bus down to the beaches. Exactly my kind of place. The hosts are great. It felt like home to me. Was sad to go! Will go back there!

Exceptional

Room was cosy and comfortable, there's a bus going to the hotel zone 2 min from the apartment as well as local grocery store. The hosts are amazing people and I feel like I'm leaving family behind, I'm going to miss them. All in all a great stay!
