150 Euro/ Nacht für diese Leistung ist einfach nicht akzeptabel. Mir ist bewusst, dass dieses Hotel nur 2 Sterne hat, jedoch ist jedes Hostel sauberer und bietet mehr Ausstattung. Kein Fön, kein Kühlschrank, keine Seife für Händewaschen, kein zusätzliches Wasser o.ä., die Räume waren sehr sehr ringhörig, die Armaturen waren alt, schräg und dreckig, der Spiegel blätterte am Rand ab, der WC-Ring war sehr abgenutzt usw. Das Personal war i.O.

La tranquilidad del lugar

Nos quedamos en la única habitación que hay en planta segunda, es de gran tamaño y una terraza muy agradable, pero olía mucho a humedad, la televisión no funcionaba y como no se queda nadie en recepción y no atienden al teléfono , pues nos quedamos sin televisión, el wifi no llegaba tampoco, en el baño en plena madrugada se cayó el portarrollos de papel con su consecuente ruido ya que era metálico . Es un hotel que necesita de manera urgente una puesta a punto

Un alojamiento para desconectar y gastar poco

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación, es un sitio tranquilo y está cercano a Vejer y Barbate teniendo fácil comunicación entre ambos. Su precio en temporada baja también es bueno.

A pesar de tener un horario de check in y check out, no hay nadie en recepción para recibirte. Si no acudes en cierto horario (que no está publicado) funciona por caja y código como cualquier apartamento turístico cuando está catalogado como hotel rural. Algo a mejorar sería la caldera y la presión del agua. La ducha apenas sale agua y la temperatura de la misma es tibia. Al comentarlo en recepción me dicen que es por la caldera.

La facilidad para aparcar y la amabilidad del personal.

La piscina estaba un poco sucia al igual que la bañera del dormitorio. El agua caliente nunca llegó a salir caliente, dos días probando y solo tuvimos un rato un día agua templada. Deberían mejorar esto de cara a los próximos meses de frío que vienen ya que nos hemos duchado con agua fría los dos días que hemos estado alojados.

Perfect!

This is one of those places where you don't want to leave. Very clean, daily housekeeping was great! There is a kettle, microwave and fridge for common use, which was very convenient. Baby cot. A large swimming pool, open 24 hours a day, also at night. Very easy communication via WhatsApp. The keys are in the box. Large parking lot. I recommend!

It would be great to have a small playground for children +-3 years old.

From the entrance I felt directly it’s a right place to be

People working in this hotel are super kind, welcoming and helpful. The beds are very comfortable, rooms - clean and spacious. The pool makes it a great place to stay. You need a car for an easy access to Vejer or the beautiful beaches in the surrounding, still the parking is free of charge. I’ll definitely be back once in the region ☺️

Negative stay experience.

Location

There was no soap to even wash your hands. Wrong keys and room given when they were put on the lock box. No notice given regarding reception closing at 6 PM when booking room. Walls as thin as cardboard, had to stand couple next door talking loud most of the night. Will never visit it use this hotel. Very negative experience.

Such a Great Place!

We spent only one night in this hotel and honestly, we regretted we couldn't stay longer because the room and the place were amazing! The room was big, clean, well decorated and quiet. We had our own terasse and that was great! The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool where you can rest and chill. It's such a pity we couldn't enjoy it, because we had to leave early the following day. The staff is available, precise and nice. Definitely recommend!

Perfect stay with privacy and swimming pool.

Very nice hotel with a swimming pool. Most of the time we stayed in a room with a balcony, that was just superb. Private, with a nice view, really cozy and well equipped.

AVOID AT ALL COST, WORST STAY EVER.

Nothing at all. Most terrible experience ever.

The hotel did not have water. We could not use toilet or shower or anything. When we tried to fix the problem nobody answered the phone, nobody was at reception and we were left with no safety or anyone to help. We were asked to do some maintenance staff work because they workers were leaving and did not finish the work. They asked us if we could lock the door and leave everything sealed after use as they had to go. When complained the day after, we were told that they could not do anything to fix the issue. On the phone, they excused themselves telling me that we could not talk to the responsible people of the hotel and they were just a company that work for the owner. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Unsafe and dirty.
