Απογοήτευση , πολύ χάλια διακοπές.

Η τοποθεσία ειναι τελεια η θεα καταπληκτική.

Αδιαφορία για τον πελάτη,η τηλεόραση δεν δουλεύει , η σίτα του παραθύρου χαλασμένη... δεν μπορείς να ανοίξεις παράθυρο - κουνούπια με αποτέλεσμα μας φάγανε , δεν καθαρίσανε σε κανένα δωμάτιο 3 μέρες , χριματοκιωοτιο δεν ηπαρχει ... ενημερώσαμε τον υπεύθυνο και μόνο που δεν μας έβρισε... πληροσανε για κάθε δωμάτιο από 520€ για 3 βραδιά μετρητά , δηλαδή 175€ την βραδιά για καθε δωμάτιο και το ένα κλείσαμε μέσο Booking. Για ένα απόγευμα δεν ειχαμε νερό με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορέσουμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο και να πάμε ολλη η παρέα σε ρεστοράν που είχαμε rezerve , επικινονισαμε με τον υπεύθυνο ..μας φώναζε ότι δεν υπάρχει πουθενα νερό...αλλά ητανε ψέμα ...άλλη φυλή μας μενανε απέναντι και δίπλα σε άλλα καταλύματα και ειχανε νερό...ζητήσαμε τα λεφτά πίσω και να φύγουμε ... φώναζε ότι θα ερθει και θα τα φέρει ,αλλά δεν ήρθε ποτέ...απόλυτος καμία μόνωση στα διαμερίσματα , νομίζεις ότι κοιμάσαι στο δρόμο .. Από κατο έχει πλαζ με 45€ το σετ ξαπλώστρες...Μπαχάμες με παροχές 0...

It is not worth the price

The rooms were just like in pictures. It was clean when we arrived. Nice view and good AC.

First of all the Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all. The noise all the time coming from the beach bar, we didn’t get at least a discount for the sun beds of the NV beach. There is no parking place, although they didn’t offer one on booking, but it’s annoying to search every time for a parking spot in a crowded street.

Passable

The beach is right downstairs, and it's so beautiful. The sea is calm, and it's not deep at all. Great for having long days at the beach. Lefkada is terrific, and Nikiana (where NV is) is calm enough to have a good time away from so much chaos. But if you want to do more, you should consider staying at Nydri, which has the port and so much more to offer, also more people and chaos :P.

NV is a beach club, so the suites are not actually a hotel or a separate building; they are at the building that it's the beach club. So downstairs, you have a restaurant and a bar open to all tourists. That part was confusing, and Google Maps doesn't have the NV Suites, so you have to look for the NV Beach Bar to get there. Because it's the same building, you will hear a lot of noise from the NV restaurant's DJ below until 2 am almost every night. As it's not a hotel, nobody cleaned the room for us during our stay (the room was clean when we arrived, it's huge and beautiful), and sadly being guests at the suites didn't give us any advantage on the beach chairs, we had to wake up early and make the line like everybody else, and that information would be good to know when you arrive. We had dinner once at the restaurant, and it was not very good and overpriced as it's a tasting menu. We love tasting menus so we are used to paying for them but also for the food being great,

The shower works well

- loud music everyday - can't open the window because of music and people in the beach club that can easily look in your room (no privacy at all with open window) - room stinks of humidity - air conditioning doesn't work well

Great sea view, noisy, poor WiFi and room not serviced

Large room size and balcony with beautiful panoramic views of the beach. The fridge had small bottles of water and local wine, a nice gesture. Nikiana is also a practical location with several clear water beaches, restaurants and supermarkets all at walking distance.

The bathroom could have been bigger. The beach bar also plays music all day, louder during the day and louder than we’d expected. The room was not serviced for the 7 nights we had stayed. If you want it serviced, you would need to ask the host. There is no WiFi in the room. Internet is slow in public area and unstable.

Not really worth it.

The location and view from our bedroom was great.

Nobady came to clean our romm the whole stay. Place is loud so sleeping is really inconvenient. The worst thing is wifi, we didn’t have any internet while beeing in the room.

too noisy, for party people, not suitable for a family trip

next to the sea. Nice big rooms with good AC. Very calm early morning and around 7 pm

the three rooms nv mini suites offers are actually located in a beach bar/restaurant/night club, which are the main activities. There is constantly (beat) music playing that resonates into the rooms until 2 am. This is not a place to stay if you want to relax a nd have a good night rest. The advertissements in booking .com are therefore misleading. You can access the beach directly from the rooms, but you still need to pay a lounge seat with parasol on the beach if you plan to pass some time at the water. Prices for these seats vary between 15 and 25 € per day. As the beach club is open for all it is not a private beach and it was quite crowdy when we were there (mid july 2022). The rooms are located next to the main road which adds to the noise issue. Staff from the beach club were very friendly on the other hand.

Superb

The other side was lovely, beautiful view from the window at the sea and beach. Beach a few seconds from the apartment, almost like private beach, not many people there. Bar right on the beach, good selection of drinks and very friendly staff.

From one side very close to the main road which was busy and noisy. You need ear plugs

Right on the beach, lively and joyful place, amazing personal.

NV mini suites is nicely located in Nikiana between the mayor villages of Lefkas town and Nydri. From here you can explore the complete island. The hotel is accompanied by a beach bar downstairs, covering services and lively music across the beach and on top there is a nice fine dining restaurant basically covering all your needs. The owner is a well traveled and hospitable guy who can help you perfectly to discover the island and enjoy your stay to the fullest!!

The night view is one of the best in the island.

It is by the main road, you will need earplugs. The air-condition point directly on the bed. We slept upside down to avoid any issues with the neck. There are no plugs by the bed. And no lights by the bed. The bath is kinda small.

On paper great location and a great property

Sadly above a beach bar and music went to midnight and one night until 2am. This meant we had to Close windows and lose the beautiful sea air. We should have been told about the noise when we booked. Saying this we had a great holiday
