About this house rental
Welcome to 28 Anderson Ave, an old fashioned small holiday rental in the beautiful seaside village of Inverloch. The property is fully fenced and pets are more than welcome.The off lead dog beach is at the end of the street, as is the beautiful Anderson Inlet, best place to swim. We provide Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, as well as 'Mor' guest amenities. The house has 2 queen size beds and one double, open plan kitchen, living and dining, a large outdoor deck, a shady front verandah. The house has split system heating and cooling. The bathroom has, bath, shower, toilet, as well as a second seperate wc, and shower in the is a large flat screen tv, DVD player, and we provide a good selection of DVDs, CDs and books.
We believe a pet friendly rental means just that,pets are welcome inside the property as well as outside, we provide dog bowls and toys. We are close to the tennis courts and the inlet beach as well as the beautiful Thompsons reserve.
We have a well equipped kitchen , a bbq area for all those wonderful summer nights. The garden is mainly native, providing lovely shady areas to sit and listen to the birds. It is about a 10 minute walk into town and a short drive to the surf beach.

I love the feel of the house. It is nicely decorated and feels homely. My dog and I were made to feel very welcomed and we enjoyed our midweek break. The five minute walk to the beach was perfect for our walks.

Light filled, comfortable and well appointed accomodation. Close to the beach and town centre. Fully fenced with throw rugs and dog bowls provided for pets. Host provided welcome letter and had heaters turned on (July) for our arrival, along with pastries and assorted treats. Woke up to bird calls and plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the native garden. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks

We loved the cosy cottage character that has been fitted out with all the comforts we needed and on top of that, delicious breakfast foods, fruit and treats.
Our dogs had a wonderful time exploring the nooks and crannies of the safely fenced yard all around the house, and being able to come inside to sleep in the warmth if they wanted to.
On top of that, a lovely little north facing covered alfresco seating area in the back yard adds the finishing touch to a very pleasant stay. Not to mention being able to walk the dogs down the road to the beach.

A very nice property, small living area but fine for 2. Great decking, nice garden and a number of places to sit outside. The owner provides a lot of items, food for full breakfasts, lots of bathroom items and loads of linen and blankets. Very comfy.

Fabulous location with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a beach escape with your furry friends.
The host spoils her guests with lots of little extras that go a long way to ensuring a comfortable stay for all.

Easy walk to coast, with off lead beach at end of street (accessible only when not high tide), and 15min stroll into Interloch township with loads of cafes, restaurants and supermarket.

Nestled in Iverloch, this homely cottage near the beach was a haven for comfort. The host's incredibly thoughtful touch was evident in the well-stocked kitchen, filled with delicious snacks—a delightful surprise that made our stay all the more memorable. What a host! A perfect little spot to stay over the long weekend and get some much needed R&R. Would definitely love to stay again.

My husband and I loved everything about this property. It has a great location, walking distance to shops and beach. The communication with the property manager was seamless. She is spoiling her holiday makers with all kind of goodies, which was a nice surprise on arrival. The house and pantry is stocked with everything you possibly would need for a short stay and more. The property manager Jean is such a gem! The house is roomy and has everything for your convenience. The yard was great for our doggy, so she had a great stay as well. We can highly recommend this property!

Loved this home for our weekend away. As the weather was a little chilly, having the heater on when we arrived was a nice touch! Also loved the scones, chocs and fruit that were provided for us to enjoy. It really was a home away from home as everything was provided. Such a lovely long weekend stay at 28 Anderson with family. The house is perfectly comfortable and Jean provided more than enough for us in terms of both basics and more.

My husband and myself stayed two nights here with our pooch. Everything was immaculate and the host had left extras for us to enjoy .
The yard was great for our little dog ,well fenced.
It is also not too far from the main centre ,we walked there and back , and we are seniors , so definitely not to strenuous .

I had a lovely stay with my mum and our dogs. Jean provided many items we were not expecting which were greatly appreciated. The house is grest for dogs with a secure and interesting space for them. The beds are very comfortable. Close to everything. Couldn't ask for more!

Wow. We had such a relaxing stay. Everything was provided for. Its a lovely home. Very cosy and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Beautiful deck to sit with a coffee and listen to the birds in the morning. Dogs are welcomed and the yard is very safe for them to run around outside. Every comfort you could think of. Wasn't intending to eat all the choc brownies and croissants - but we did! Great location. Wonderful host and hospitality that is rare these days. Thank you.

First visit to 28 Anderson with our adult children and dogs. Communication with Jean was fantastic. We arrived around 6pm to find Jean had turned the heating on for us. She’d also left us with everything we needed for a yummy breakfast - croissants, homemade muffins, danishes - along with a well-stocked fridge and pantry for us to use. The yard was fully fenced. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Inverloch. Thanks again Jean!

You can’t go wrong with this one. Cosy, clean holiday cottage in Inverloch where the host has thought of everything. Lots of nice places to sit, cute backyard and well stocked fridge and pantry. Inverloch is big enough to have all you need and nothing you don’t want. Fantastic ❤️

We had such a wonderful break here and will be back! We opened the door to squeals of 'ooh's' and 'aah's' at the presentation of the accommodation and the provisions provided. I must say I felt very spoilt! Every possible want was provided for and the owner's pride and love shows in this property- it felt like home away from home.

We took a short break with our Labradors. The property had everything to ensure total relaxation. Lovely private garden, a welcoming home and host, a fridge and pantry equipped well over and above expectations and a dog friendly, leash free beach at the end of the street. Couldn’t possibly ask for more, we will be back.

Great location and heaven for your furry companion.
The property was fantastic great for all especially for our dogs with the beach a few minutes walk away which they loved this property is truly dog friendly. On arrival Jean was very thoughtful and generous with the treats she left out for us truly appreciated by all. A truly charming house which I would love to book again when visiting Inverloch . jean was very easy to communicate with and I thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We had a great stay, can,t remember when been so relaxed, our hosts were so helpful and the welcome treats were really appreciated, our fur baby had a great time and just loved the dog friendly beach at the end of the street.
