The Bay Esplanade House offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone. With a private pool, private laundry, big screen TVs in the common rooms and private TVs every bedroom, this awesome beach house is the perfect family vacation rental. The beach rental home's location is a highlight in a quiet area but a short walk to the sand and activities and has a large private pool with heat available.
With cable and wifi, this Clearwater Beach vacation rental is big enough for up to a maximum of 14 guests. If you are looking for a location where you do not need to have a rental car, you have found the perfect property. Each of the five bedrooms features a queen bed. In addition, the house offers a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses.

The house is in a great location and has a great pool. The house was not clean and was in need of general maintenance. Also, certain items you would expect in a rental property were not provided. Overall, for the price paid we did not receive the quality I would expect.

Over all our stay were good the house was clean,neighborhood was quite and safe.The only problems came the day before check out.The kitchen sink began draining into the dishwasher and the dishwasher started leaking on the floor and the garbage disposal did not work.

We got there at four, and Housekeeping was still there. When they finished, there was a lot of dust and what looked like mold on the windowsill, and stains on the curtains. Pool maintenance came on an unscheduled day and surprised us. The Wi-Fi never once worked and the living room TV was not a smart TV. Beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and felt cheap. The fifth bedroom and third bathroom were outside the house and not easily visible, I had to ask property management where they were located.
We did love the pool and overall the property was OK, nicer in the pictures.

Great location for family gathering, easy walk to the beach. Pool wonderful! Able to park 4 cars in front or 1 truck with a boat trailer but not at the same time. House with comfortable bedding. Outside bedroom warmer than main house even with air conditioner, use the box fans! Inside house needs some love and attention to repair/replace some fixtures.

The property was a fun place located about 4 blocks from the public beach. Parking was excellent and the pool, although small, was nice. Of the 3 bathrooms, 2 drains were clogged with hair and debris, filling the tubs with water. It was gross. There are few extras in this place, like paper towels, tin foil, garbage bags or laundry detergent. Some of the furniture and furnishings were broken and the touch pad for the doors were dirty. Wear socks because your feet will be dirty from walking on the floors. Ceilings, doors and walls had stains and the showers had mold in the grout. The AC did not work incredibly well during the day and there is a warning not to turn it lower than 72 degrees or the unit will break. For the money paid, the cleanliness and condition were subpar.

we had a great time at this rental! It was a couple block walk to the beach, the pool was amazing - warm enough to swim in the morning and night and a fun hang out after the beach. there are chairs to rent from the restaurants on the beach for really good price if you don't have your own. the water at the beach is warm, not great for boogie boarding but perfect for little ones. the house was clean and comfortable traveling with a large family and kids! We would absolutely choose to stay at this location again.

This was the perfect place for a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The only suggestions I would make is that the home could really benefit from a week of good cleaning and small fixes/touchups. The air vents and doors were very filthy. The light fixtures have not been wiped clean in a long time. The pool was amazing, but the outdoor furniture was falling apart and the cushions were missing. I would stay here again just because of the location!

First the GOOD..... Property is in a convenient location. We brought kayaks and were able to dock them nearby so that was a huge perk! It has a very nice pool and for being in a busy area feels very private. The beds were all made and clean and the AC worked well. The extra pool and beach towels were nice. The not so good......unfortunately, the house did not look like the pictures online. The listing stated that the property was newly renovated, but it is not high-end quality by any means. We had to install shower rods and put-up the shower curtains. All the pool cushions are ripped and dirty. The entire pool area had trash and clearly was not cleaned/straightened. The front porch also was in bad shape. The furniture is rusted out and the tiles were broken and lifting. The inside was fairly clean but not very well straightened. A handful of broken dressers, the pool door handle was broken, and overall condition is fair. Overall, we are grateful to have had a week together with family but disappointed at how much we spent vs the condition of the home. This could be a very beautiful house with some TLC.

The pictures of this property were very deceiving we had to wash the sheets when we arrived due to stains on them the doors were filthy with handprints the bathroom sink did not drain at all kitchen counter was busted in front of the sink the dining table was missing a chair none of the patio furniture had cushions like the picture furniture was different then picture we had a couch with stains on it the view acrossed the street that we thought was going to be water from the description that you could fish from a dock was dumpsters the only good thing about this house for the price was the pool area and the location was decent

House is in a quiet area within walking distance of beach and shopping area. Great pool and patio area, very secluded. Nice new grill. The house is nice, was clean and has the amenities you would need. There were just some minor issues such as a few curtain rods that kept falling down when opening curtains, water temperature was hard to regulate in some of the showers, pillows are very flat. There is no outside rinse area either.

This was an event where his kids met my kids. It was a great event for all of us. The house provided lots of room, yet kept everyone close for socializing. The pool was great for the kids. The bathrooms are older and could use some remodeling and deep cleaning. All said and done, we had a good time.

All the Grand children love the house and the area. we all feel very safe due to the close safe house and the police patrolled the area on a regular basis. The pool was the best play/activities area for all the kids and the parents for relaxation. We were close to the store and gas stations and the older boys loved the basketball court that was just 1 block up from the house. The house was over all very clean and the 5 bedrooms made it comfortable for all 15 guest. the 3 bathrooms can in handy! only down falls was the dish ward leaked when in use and the garbage disposal didn't work all. I would high recommend the house to any large group of people on vacation. lots of room and the kitchen was nice with all the items to cook in and save money. thank you very much .

Bay Esplanade, the property was cleaned and ready to just bring in your suitcase. A couple minute walk to the beach, backyard pool was great. Had a hot water issue which was resolved in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend this property and would return.

There was 12 of us that stayed here in the property, there are 5 double beds and then a few camps beds and sofa beds. We all stayed comfortably but I would suggest 9-10 people in the group just so everyone has there own room.The villa is beautiful and it is in such a quiet spot even though you are about 2-3 minutes walk from the beach and the main road. The pool area is great and there is a separate hot tub which is great.Paul who helped us with any check in questions and other questions throughout the stay was brilliant and quick to repond.Overall I will be renting with this company again next year. Thank you for being part of making this an amazing trip.

The staff was super helpful and timely answering all of my questions ahead of time. The property manager was also very nice and responsive. They came & cleaned the pool twice while we were there, and happily came and changed a lightbulb that was out. The only thing that wasn't great was that the grill was a bit dirty when we got there. (easily cleaned and used it though, just thought I should note it). Absolutely wonderful house though, perfect for 11 adults!

This rental looked beautiful online and had great reviews so we booked it. We were so excited to arrive. Upon arrival we looked around and noticed that the freezer was never cleaned and had gross stuff in it from previous people. The floor felt like it hadn’t been swept. We go outside and the pool is filthy and the hot tub doesn’t even work (we own a hot tub so we know how the jets should work). We called and they did send someone ever right away which was nice. They cleaned the pool. I told them not to worry about the freezer because now I was too grossed out and wouldn’t be using any of the kitchen stuff. They said the hot tub was fine but it wasn’t absolutely no pressure came from the jets that did work. Very disappointing especially after spending so much money and doing our research only to find that it was not as described at all. Even had trouble watching tv because the DVD players didn’t work either. Anyway I do not recommend this place.

The house was in a perfect location close to the beach and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The house obviously had not been checked prior to our arrival. Numerous lightbulbs were out, the kitchen table was broken (a leg was totally off/broken) and could have caused an injury. A bathroom sink was plugged up. The towels were all damp and had to be rewashed. Not enough wine glasses, there were only two or three. All problems were taken care of by the staff upon notification.

My siblings and I (9 of us) shared this house while visiting my mom for her birthday. The house is a great location at a great price. I looked at many houses in the area and this was by far the best price I found. We were able to get in the house earlier than the check in time, which was great, and everything was clean. There were a few small details that could be attended to. In the 2nd bathroom with the shower stall, there was a light out that made the shower kind of dark. Also, the grill outside really needs to be replaced. We tried to use it and it would not get hot enough to cook the food. Overall, I was very happy with this rental, I would definitely use it again!

Bay Esplanade rental was cute and was definitely convenient for walking to the beach, restaurants, shops, and entertainment spots. Grandsons (8&5) had a blast in the pool. Nice that the house was set back from the road a bit with front yard and picket fence. Made it easier to watch and corral the 2 year old. Everything was clean and tidy, and the management was extremely responsive when we had trouble with the entry code and the pool heater. Overall it was a bit snug for us (6 adults and 3 kids). The only way to "get away" from the group was to leave the house.

I was skeptical since requested a certified check for the balance beyond the $500.00 that were taken from a credit card, but it was all legit. The positives - The property is in a quiet and peaceful location in close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The property managers were very friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns we had.The negatives - The property code provided did not work on the electronic locks; we had to call the property managers to provide a new code. The towels where not clean when we checked in and had to place them all in the washer. The property needs to be renovated and refurnished. The air conditioning is inadequate to cool the property as the temperature would rise between 79 and 80 degrees during the day when the temperature outside was 92 degrees. Overall I would recommend this property but just be prepared to be deal with the heat even with the AC running non stop.

The location was not to bad, inside was dated and lacked a kettle the iron and ironing board along with the toaster were useless. The bathrooms need updating. The pool and pool area is very small and any more than 6 people will cause over crowding. To sum up I love Florida so all was good but this villa is overpriced and needs some money spent on it to brighten it up

We have been renting our family vacation homes in Clearwater Beach for the past 8 years and have enjoyed every home we have rented. Bay Esplande was the first to have little to no complaints from the ages of 3yrs-74yrs.Very spaciousPlenty of bedsPlenty of towels and blankets for a large group.Pool is amazing for the days you don't want to walk to the beach.Store,Restaurants and the Pier were an easy walk for all ages.Parking was no problem for our large group.The detached suite was perfect for the teenager.The 2 bedrooms on the north side of the house are very warm and we made use of them for the people who appreciate the warmth. The rest of the house was comfortably cool.The only constant complaint was the WiFi was very poor, we like to watch Netflix at the end of the day and the buffering circle no one likes to see kept antagonizing us! The teens had a simple fix, they just used their cell phone networks to watch from their phones and the Adults just watch what was on cable.The the consensus amongst the group was, "We all had a wonderful time and the house suited our needs!"

when we arrived there was still work being done on the house (tile being laid) cleaning staff still there; we were 15 min early for a 4pm check in, they were there until well after 4:30 pm. the house needs some more tlc - older home/older bathrooms - so I was a little disappointed. The location is walking distance to the beach we rarely used our car. best landscape in a kind of odd neighborhood -upcoming I would say. Pool and hot tub were great. nothing fancy here. Clearwater Beach is beautiful, but the choices in restaurants is limited to beach fare. nothing organic or high end to speak of - This house is most appropriate for families looking for a large number of beds -

I think it was too expensive, the house is too small for such amount of people. They left the three trash bins full of trash besides 6 extra bags full of trash outside not on the street we arrive on Saturday afternoon and the trash stayed there until wednesday and we left the property on Thursday. My husband's job is profesional house cleaning and we can tell the difference of a good housecleaning. The house did have a smell like if the prior guests just have left, it didn't smell like cleaning.The beds were confortable and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool.We are used to pay this same amount of money for a house 3 times bigger at the outerbanks My husband is not willing to drive again because he was not impressed with the house we got,
