About this apartment rental

2 beach chair loungers and umbrella are included seasonally, March through October, this is a $55 a day value! No need to carry your chairs to and from the beach. Parking is also very convenient, located directly beneath the unit with an elevator and luggage carts.

Memorial Day weekend through the second Saturday in August we book weekly rentals, Saturday to Saturday.

Owner managed since 2017, located on the 2nd floor of Seachase Condominiums, West Tower. Seachase is 8 stories high with 4 condos per floor so you'll never have to fight crowds for the beach or the elevator. This huge 1400sqft, is one of the largest 2BR/2BR floor plans on the beach. Enjoy a BEACH FRONT property experience with unique floor-to-ceiling, LARGE GLASS windows (brand new in 2024) in EVERY ROOM. Breathtaking views from both Masters, each with it's own private bathroom. One master comes with a king bed and the other has two queens. Enjoy sitting in the living room on soft, plush, leather reclining couches, new in 2023, while watching a 60" HDTV LG Smart Screen with DVD player or enjoy Smart TV's in each bedroom. The unit comes stocked with linens and towels. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker. This kitchen is fully stocked to cook, if you so choose. Full sized washer/dryer, WiFi, and Cable TV. The balcony opens up off the living room and both bedrooms have sliding doors that open to the beachfront view. We also own another unit 4th floor East Tower at Seachase, see VRBO 1762885.

2 unassigned parking spaces come with this unit. Enjoy access to the shared pool (unheated) in the middle of the complex, along with chairs for sunbathing. This pool is rarely ever crowded, so though it is small it is perfect for Seachase. Absolutely, no smoking in the unit or on the balcony! Seachase is also smoke-free.

The Host fee charged with your booking covers the cleaning after your stay and up to 2 parking passes. We also provide starter dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, hand soap, some spices including salt and pepper, coffee filters, a roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

A maximum of TWO well-behaved/trained dogs under 15lbs are allowed. There is a non-refundable $140 fee, plus tax. Please mention your dog at booking for approval, no cats. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches in PCB per city ordinance, Dog Beach is 1.5 miles east next to the Russel-Fields Pier.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS, must be 30 years of age to book in March. Per PCB ordinance no alcohol is permitted on the beach in March.

Come enjoy the quiet West End of PCB where you are still close to everything. Pier Park, with great dining and shopping is located only 1.5 miles away! Winn Dixie and local restaurants are walkable. We're also only minutes away from Frank Brown Park where most softball and baseball tournaments are held.

Overall a very nice condo. The property itself is a little old and there isn't much to it, but the condo was fantastic. It's on the west end of the beach, so it's quite. Would definitely stay if you aren't going for the pool and property grounds, like an Edgewater type of feel. Easy, quick access to the beach from this condo. It's on the second floor so we didn't have to wait for the elevator, just took the steps. The condo itself has a great panaramic view of the beach from every room.

We stayed for two weeks at the property May 5th-May 19th, 2024. We loved the property as the views from every room were amazing. The host was very responsive to all requests or questions. The condo was equipped with anything you would need to make a great meal. The location was great too as it was close to amazing restaurants. Having the free beach chairs were definitely an added perk and the guys were so nice setting up the chairs and checking on us to make sure we were comfortable.

Beautiful location! Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this unit. Our place was equipped with everything and more to make our stay comfortable. The beach wasn’t crowded and easily enjoyed between the spacious balcony and unit location itself. Restful and relaxing get away!

This property is truly a home away from home. The views from every room are breathtaking! The construction noise was not bad at all. We heard them only one day briefly. We couldn’t hear any other tenants through the walls or floors. Very quiet! A few rowdy spring breakers from the next property over but not bad. It was SO clean! Great location- a few minutes from the big pier by car. Highly recommend!

Building is older than it looks in the pictures. Hvac, vents and air quality need some remediation. I have been ill with chest pain, fatigue and other mold symptoms since our stay in Florida. Was given one night free, but would rather had stayed somewhere else and had a restorative vacation.

We loved the condo and plan on making it our annual place to stay. The kitchen is great with most everything you need. The electric hot water kettle was an added bonus for us tea drinkers. The beds in both master bedroom suites were very comfortable. The living area furniture was very nice. We enjoy reclining on the sofa and love seat after the sun went down. The balcony was our go to place in the morning and to watch the sunset. The view from each room is awesome. We loved the floor plan. The condo was clean and we had no issues with anything. Easy check in and out. By far the best people I’ve dealt with.

We loved that we had gorgeous views of the gulf from every room in this condo. The decor is nice with a light, airy, beachy theme and the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. Having beach towels, chairs and floats, etc available for us to use was a definite plus! The property managers were quick to respond to our inquiries and even reached out to us to let us know the following booking had changed and we could stay an extra day. I personally like this quieter side of PCB. It is still convenient to everything we needed, but without the hassle of all of the traffic!

I stayed here with my husband and in-laws and it was a wonderful week staying right on the beach. The condo was nicely decorated and clean and had everything you might need. The views from both the bedrooms and the main area are amazing and being able to look out at the ocean from almost anywhere in the condo is so nice! The ease of being able to walk right out on the beach from the condo parking lot makes getting to the beach super easy. The only downside was that the balcony doors were difficult to open but my understanding is that they are in process of replacing those in the entire building.

The smaller complex makes it very comfortable and uncrowded. Great parking. Comfortable beds. See the photos on the listing . They are accurate. We had great weather and the water was perfect. Very, very easy to park with convenient access the elevator to your room. We vacation every summer for the last few years at Panama City Beach and I’d rate this condo at the top of my list. Is my intention to rent again and I recommend it and you won’t be disappointed.

My husband David and I brought two of our children for a one week vacation. We had an incredible time. The condo had a great view and it we was only on the 2nd floor…which we loved. All the furniture was incredibly comfortable. We were only a few steps from the beach. The owner even spoke with my husband on the phone about their adventure of becoming owners; because we would like to buy into this same form of real estate in the future. The communication was great. We had no issues, but if we had, I know it would have been taken care of. We loved that the chairs on the beach were taken care of for us. There was also sand toys and extra beach towels for our use. We would definitely stay again and we recommend this condo 100%! It was very clean and very well maintained.

The condo was beautiful with floor to ceiling views of the ocean from every room. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The only issue we had was the hot water heater capacity. Only 2 people could shower before running out and having to wait a while before the next person could shower and the light switches & outlets quit working in the 2nd bedroom for several hours one afternoon. The owner was very responsive to those issues. We would definitely stay there again.

This condo is clean and well maintained! Great location to Pier park shopping and eateries. You are East of Pier Park so you can avoid some of the heavy traffic. Easy drive to Destin area since you are located on the east side. Building showing a little wear, but unit is great! Restrooms for beach and pool are clean and pool was very nice. Cannot beat the beach access though, and great sunsets.

So many good things about this. The horizontal (to the beach) layout was perfect, with both bedrooms facing the gulf. Beautiful white sand beach, lovely view from the balcony The canal-like overflow to the right gave us pause at first, but it was not an issue, and actually was sort of interesting. Easy access to the many good eating places around and the grocery/beverage stores, yet far enough away from the crowds so our stay was peaceful and unhurried. Recommend Capt. Anderson's and Pineapple Willie's for excellent meals. Also Hammerhead Fred's (try the chargrilled oysters!), Back Porch, Dusty's Oyster Bar (Rachel was an excellent waitress and lots of fun) and Dirty Dick's were interesting places, would recommend. All within easy driving distance. Only disappointment was that the sliding glass doors in the bedrooms would not open ... had been looking forward to sleeping with the cool ocean breezes flowing in. But I understand the doors are being replaced (?) First time in Panama City and here ... would definitely do it again!
