It is worth it and we recommend it with confidence and trust.

Excellent location, very comfortable, easy access to all points of interest (metro-bus- train) , quiet area, shops and restaurants nearby.

Not much to complain, but a greater attention to the small details such as cleanliness (dust not wiped off), and the communication with the owner who did not keep his promise to provide a remote control for the TV (missing), even if we would not use it during the stay - you don't have time for everything.

Appartamento accettabile

Appartamento nel complesso accettabile, situato in un quartiere carino a dieci minuti dalla metro. Completo di tutto il necessario e dotato di lavatrice e ferro da stiro. Comodo e facile il self ceck in.

Bagno davvero piccolo, in 5 abbiamo un po' sofferto

다인원 여행, 가성비 좋은 숙소 찾고계시면 강력추천

숙소는 사진이랑 똑같습니다 잠자리에 예민한편은 아니라서 제기준 깨끗하고 안락하게 잤어요 침대있는 방하나 접이식 매트 두개 있는 방하나 거실에도 접이식 매트있어서 총 5명까지 잘수있습니다 헤어드라이기, 다리미, 청소기, 전자렌지, 밥솥, 식기류, 건조대, 세탁기 등 다 있구요 굳이 단점 찾으면 화장실이 비좁습니다만 욕조도 있고 이정도 가격에 5명 정도 잘수있는 도쿄 숙소 잘없더라구요 동네도 한적하고 맛있는 카페 빵집 많아서 돌아다니기 좋습니다 다음에도 온다면 여기서 일주일 있고싶어요

Pleasant

We stayed in one of the apartments, so it felt very spacious and private. The owner was always contacting us by email to see if we were inconvenient.

We were afraid of the security aspect. Because the lock on the balcony window didn't close. We didn't get much sleep because there was construction outside in the middle of the night. If there is construction work, please let me know in advance. The drains in the kitchen and bathroom smelled bad.

Nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, located near train station to the inner city

Convenient and very reasonably priced accommodation located in a quiet neighbourhood close to shops as well as a train station only a few short stops away from the inner city. Spacious rooms with comfortable bedding, as well as balcony access and washing machine.

Bathroom was a bit small, would not be a huge issue but the shower curtain was missing so it was hard to keep the floor dry.

Location Coordinate in the Google is not accurate (in the behind of apartment not in the front apartment. Owner is not communicative (late response), is very difficult to contact the owner. In the beginning owner inform that we can keep our luggage in the apartment, but after we arrive in apartment he cancelled, so we have to go to coin locker with taxi to the nearest coin locker to keep my luggage.

Passable

Big space.

The bathroom drain overflowed with brown waste after our first shower. The washing machine also leaked all over the balcony. Some of the furniture is old.

Good but please fix the bathroom drainage.

The apartment was roomy. It was big enough for 3 of us and the sofa bed was great.

The bathroom drainage was not working from the time we arrived. You could smell it in the bathroom and it flooded when we had a shower. It was so bad that we avoided taking a shower where possible.

A pleasant surprise

The location is excellent with everything we wanted nearby. It's a large and comfortable apartment. Contact with the host was quick and helped us on a day when we were very tired from our delayed flight. Would definitely stay there again.

Utter disappointment, lower end.

The room is spacious and has basic utensils for cooking and the bed sheets were clean and well presented

The facility was not clean, especially the bathroom. The vent was plugged with lint and the ceiling splattered with small flies. This is a dark and tired apartment. Chairs are worn and the sofa is split. It is a low-end investment and must be looked at in that way. There is obviously no pride or concern for improvements to the property. Very tired. The electricity went out at 7:30 AM ( Not the breaker fuse!) We had no contact from the emergency numbers which did not work. We received a few emails at 10am . No elec, no internet, no hot water. The company found another place nearby and it had an equal level of disappointment. Holes in the wall (5) and soiled white paint. The entrance was grungy. The room was clean otherwise and the kitchenette new. However we will never stay with this group again. There was never even an apology. When we were forced to request to stay another night because of travel issues we requested an extension. One contact said no, fine we booked somewhere else, but then the owner came back and said it was possible but at double the price, yet there was no apology for the freeze two days earlier. Distasteful experience

Great place for price

the location of the place is perfect. Just a couple of blocks from the metro station (Edogawa-Bashi). Also a lot of famous places to eat (from $ to $$$$). Also the house has two bedrooms and one living/dining room. The AC is also good for summer in Tokyo.

The room is clean but its little old. The bathtub/sink is little old. It is totally OK to me, but some may not like it.

It was a very comfortable stay.

Location was great. Provided lots of towels. Loved that I had the floor to myself. Great amount of space for one or two people.

Probably a better place to be in during warmer months. No full length mirror. Not a lot of natural comes through in the main area.
