The Space:
This villa has everything you need to enjoy every waking moment and peaceful night's rest.

The open and spacious floor plan encourages conversation between rooms and is fully accommodating with ample seating for all. The fully equipped kitchen is modernly designed and provides every convenience with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and center island with bar seating. Our dining table off the kitchen seats six.

Extend your living space outdoors to your own private and fully furnished covered balcony. Sliding glass doors in the living room invite you to step outside and relax as you sip your morning coffee or mimosas. The view is spectacular, with vistas that expand to include the surging waves of the ocean and rippling blue waters of the large resort pools.

Bedding arrangements: Luxurious beds are featured in each of the bedrooms for max comfort. The master, king bed suite features a full en-suite bath. The guest room has a queen and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming your favorites Apps (with your log in), lighted ceiling fan and harmonious décor scheme and soothing paint colors that invite you to dream deeply and happily.

Dirty cups in cabinets. Pink bacteria and mold on shower walls. Flea infested. It is so hard to get a hold of management. They dont answer calls or emails. Check in process was fine however the directions are misprinted and theres no one to call. They send us to 5th floor and we were on the second. Hauling luggage and a 1 yr old around pregnant is not ideal. The rest of the stay was not great. We paid a huge cleaning and host fee and the property is not very accomadating. They gave ONE laundry pod. And no extra trash bags but still ask that you clean up. There was a power outage when we arrived (no fault to management) but there were no batteries in the numerous LED candles. So what is the point? We bought matches to light one single candle and tried to light the wickless old damaged citronella candle on the patio. I also let them know i was 30+ weeks pregnant. Which means i cant be around things like insecticides. I was hit with a strong odor of insecticide upon arrival and thought maybe no bugs... wrong. There were sand fleas all over us. We all woke up covered in bites. It rained most of the time there so we did not spend time on the beach to track anything in. Later i learned they sprayed the day before because of a chart inside one of the cabinets. I dont recommend although i love the palmas del mar resort. Crescent beach was disappointing to say the least. If you need anythingggg you must pack it or buy while there... including trashbags.

Location and cleanliness was great. Some things that need to be looked into: No cleaning supplies(broom, mop, sponge, dishwasher soap) Only had stove top pots not pans that you could use in the oven. Master bed needs new mattress and sheets that fit. Basic kitchen amenities: salt, pepper, extra garbage bags. No TV. Only had Netflix/Roku.

We were able to enjoy a family trip, the property was clean well ventilated. Elevator did not work much for my handicap mother, but she was able to manage the stairs.

Apartment is very comfortable for a family of four. Fully equipped with everything you need. Location is best in Palma and the view from the balcony is worth every cent. The furniture needs some updating but overall it was a great rental and we fully recommend it.

Lovey ocean front retreat

We had an excellent stay at this unit. Palmas del Mar is an exceptionally orderly and well run oasis in a sometimes chaotic Puerto Rico. The entire property has been cleaned up since hurricane Maria and looks great. The unit and condo property are very clean, the linens and beds are comfortable, and the layout and furnishings feel like someone’s home and not a rental unit. Waking up to sunrise over the ocean, which you can see from the master bed, was fantastic. The breeze is so strong we did not need to run the air conditioning in the unit during our stay except in the back bedroom at night for our kids. The unit patio is nicely furnished and shaded all day. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful, especially the management staff. Our kids loved the pools in front of the unit and we enjoyed walking down the clean beach (some seagrass, but that is typical on this side of the island) which we almost had to ourselves. Beach chairs and shady beach spots were readily available. We hope to stay here again, this unit is a gem. My only suggestions for the owners would be to replace the frying pans and provide a drying rack for the pool towels.

The suite was very nice, great view to beach and nice bathrooms. We didn't have enough towels, and two light bulbs were out. However, when I called our agent mike, he immediately had a custodian bring towels and change our bulbs within 20 minutes. Yes, I have made recommendations to my friends. We enjoyed the casino, the golf as well as all the restaurants.
