Good price for location

Great location right at the dock.

The bathroom door didn’t shut unless you slammed it. Very noisy.

Lovely hotel but poor breakfast experience

We thought the room, facilities and location were superb

We thought the staff could have been more welcoming they didn't radiate the friendliness usually associated with Liverpool. The breakfast experience was disappointing, lack.of cups, no teaspoons available, poor hot food stock availability . We ordered 2 veggie sausages and they were left in the kitchen under a hot plate until we asked for them.

Liverpool is lovely and so friendly I will be back

Lovely large executive room 654. Had massive windows overlooking the docks and a view out to the Mersey. Even got acquainted with the pesky seagulls who came knocking on my window lol. Room was clean and plenty of complimentary goodies thank you!

The bathroom is in need of a major update, towels need renewing and the buffet breakfast had a lovely choice of quality ingredients only problem was no matter what time you went down it was always cold such a shame!

Ideal location if visiting the Docks in Liverpool

Bit like a travel lodge style but served its purpose for what we wanted. It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good, excellent choice.

Other guests in our party even though we all Booked within days got different meals. Some had breakfast included whilst my room of 3 did not

Very pleasant and in a very good position

Breakfast good for me but not as good for my daughters. They are vegetarian and very little available and had to wait 20 minutes for sausages. With so many vegetarian these days I feel this should be available without asking. Also second day there were no bagels which was disappointing.

Very pleasant stay and will definitely be back

Great location on the Albert Dock and central to everything. Had to change room due to a noisy generator cupboard but second was better by far and staff were very helpful in dealing with this for us.

Some of the carpets were stained and could do with a deep clean or changing. Wish they had some disabled parking outside the hotel even on a first coming first serve basis. Breakfast was good, however I missed a hash brown as didn’t want mini roast on my breakfast. Scrambled egg was watery. Apart from that the stay was great

Miejsce adekwatne To szybkiego pobytu na jedną noc.

Super lokalizacja , uprzejmość Pan na śniadaniu. Czystość w pokoju. Śniadanie były bardzo dobre.

Recepcja byla nieuprzejma przy check in. Kiedy zapytałam o dodatkowe mleko , pracownik powiedział przez telefon że muszę zejść na dół. Kiedy zeszłam na dół pracownicy byli zajęci rozmową i telefonami komórkowymi. Wychodząc rano z pokoju została powieszona zawieszka o posprzątanie pokoju. Po powrocie o 17 zawieszka była zdjęta a pokój nie posprzątany. Po zauważeniu i poproszeniu młodego męższczyzny pracującego w Houskeepingu pokój został posprzątany bardzo szybko mimo że stwierdził że to nie był jego pokój . Dziękuję za szybkie załatwienie sprawy. Hałas wentylacji w łazience - brak możliwości wyłączenia.

Good stay but not great

The staff were friendly and welcoming good service, bed was comfortable and a nice sized room, the breakfast was mostly good.

There was a stain on the carpet in my room, as well as one on one of the beds in my room, the hashbrowns were very dry both mornings, there was an event on with loud drumming and fireworks right outside the hotel late in the evening, a selection of sparkling as well as still water would've also been better.

Nice hotel,bathroom could do with a refresh.Friendly staff.

Location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and the general atmosphere of the hotel was very nice.

Practical room ideal for our short stay.

Bed was comfy, location was ideal. All amenities were available in the room: kettle, iron etc which we were grateful for.

The bathroom was a little dirty and dated, this could have been improved, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Affordable luxury in a brilliant location.

Location - we were visiting M & S arena so it was ideal!

We like everything, our stay was a simple overnight stay and it was perfect.

Would not stay again, rude staff, mouldy bathroom and very small room

The location was excellent, right on Albert docks & only a short walk to the town and local attractions .

AMAZING! Great value for money!

Amazing location, friendly staff. I put in the notes when booking the hotel we were coming for my partners birthday celebration, to our surprise when we got into the room they had decorated with balloons and writing in the mirror and gave us a room with an amazing view! They even went the extra mile and kindly gave us some drinks tokens to spend in the bar as to say Happy Birthday. Little gestures like this make you feel even more appreciated as a customer. A stones throw away from the M&S Bank Arena and close to the local amenities of Liverpool (including Liverpool one and a variety of bars and restaurants). The bar was great and breakfast was fab. We will DEFINITELY be returning!
