Below expectations….not worth the price

Location was good and provide simple breakfast

Aircond is dripping and the floor vry wet due to the aircond issue….one of the top shower totally cant use tho….and the tissue box is empty….although ask tissue from reception but yet they give us toilet paper roll……..

Overall, satisfied with the experience and found it worth for value considering the pros and cons.

Location is great with lots of nice food and karaoke nearby. Liked that my hotel room is tucked away in a corner away from lobby or corridors with high traffic.

I found that the toilet bowl was a little rusting and during a shower, the toilet doors did not prevent water from seeping outside. The common corridor speaker was also right outside my door and the music could be too loud at times. There was also a huge tv in front of the bed but no channels to watch.

Location

The room was narrow, dim and WINDOWLESS. There was no mention of the windowless state when I booked; yet the receptionist said my booking.com reservation was for a windowless small room for the price of RM 240 ! The price of a slightly larger room with a window is less (if booked directly with hotel) than the windowless room I paid for booking.com ! I feel that I deserve a refund.

cant really complain for the price. ambience was still rather nice and cosy.

location is good. main mode of transport used was Grab - had little to no trouble getting drivers. Hotel is located over a Karaoke which was really convenient especially for gathering with friends. The hotel is surprisingly well insulated from the ruckus below.

Maintenance of the place could have been better. experienced water seeping through the floor for the first room that we were allocated. Staff was kind and responsive, allowed for a change of room. Second room allocated had issues with the window (one window was stuck and has lost the handle, the adjacent window had the handle intact but was not able to open to close the other window). It was lucky that the window was not stuck in a large open position which still allowed the room to be cooled sufficiently with the air conditioning. also, water pressure fluctuates quite drastically.

Disappointing

Convenient with plenty of amenities around the hotel area.

Poorly maintained. Rusty shower heads, used toothbrush kit wrapper left inside a room that was supposed cleaned, pillow cover with stains that couldn’t be changed unless it’s in the morning, and room that can’t be changed even though the air con is faulty.

Pool cleaniness, the pillows and bedsheets are stained. Room is not as per lister, no sofa bed and no window. When i asked staff and showed the listing details in the app, staff said they will follow up with booking.com without showing empathy

Hotel room was spacious though we didn't get the room we initially booked.

Not suitable for light sleepers and family with kids. We could still hear people singing KTV at 2am.

Location good because there is no lack of food options around the hotel.

Internet Connection poor. Smart Tv not smart because there is no internet connection. Ants can be seen in the bathroom, on the sink and hairdryer.

It's our 3rd stay in this hotel. Location is superb.

Toilet is dirty compared to our previous stay. Water drained very slowly,by the time finished shower there's a pond of water on the floor

The design of the hotel is moden and easy acess

The room is dusty with dust at every corner. I see the staffs use brush to sweep abd cause dust flying everywhr. Hope this can be improved as i see dust on all coffee amenities Although non smoking floor, I still smell cigars outside hotel room

good location but parts of room have to be fixed and clean

good location with lots of food and entertainment selections but it also means the area is quite jammed when it comes to night time. ktv is just right below where you can have fun till late. dont need to worry about journey back to room because it is just a lift away!

the vinyl in room was not layered properly with water leaking out of it… had to wear your shoes in the room unless you wouldnt mind stepping on wet floor. drainer in toilet is very dirty and stucked with lots of hair and dust. hence the toilet floor was flooded with water after shower.. had to clear it for abit by myself before the water got to drain off..

Great location, value for money. Comfort bed. I like the free coffee bar corner so much, 24 hrs in service, can eat the cookies early morning b4 depart. Surrounded by many good restaurants. Great choice

Small room but bearable for this price, some corner was dusty but the staff took action immediately after informed.
